Wind tunnel tests can tell us how fast wheels are at different angles of attack – but how common are these angels in the courses most important to our athletes? Blindly applying tunnel data to the unpredictable force of Mother Nature did not add up to us.

We worked with Speed Theory to create extensive course models of popular time-trial courses; measuring the performance of our wheels against historical race day wind speeds, wind angles, temperature and weather conditions accounting for changes every couple hundred feet. By integrating our tunnel data, we’re able to calculate the predicted time-savings aboard a TwentyFour Series wheelset compared to a standard aluminum wheelset and other available carbon options.

Depending on the unique course nuances, we’ve seen predicted time-savings on full-distance courses ranging from a 10-minute time-savings compared to an aluminum wheelset to 5-minute time-savings compared to the carbon wheels left behind.

TWENTYFOUR SERIES WHEELS

Our long history with carbon allowed us to take manufacturing processes step-by-step and perfect the nuances that affect brake performance. We developed a composite structure that is stiffer and more impact resistant by combining a semi-automated layup process on the braketrack and tire bed, while performing a hand lay-up on the rim contours. Coupled with high heat capacity materials, our rims can withstand 30% more heat than other high Tg resins, leading to a brake performance unseen on other carbon rims.

An aero wheelset not only provides an obvious advantage on the bike course, but the conservation of energy aided by the wheel’s ability to maintain their own momentum gives you those extra legs on the run. For athletes chasing down those fi nal minutes standing between them and a Kona spot, TwentyFour Series wheels predict signifi cant time-gains on popular Big Island-qualifying courses.

Aeria CarbonAero should be simple. It should not take never-ending turns of excessive bolts to dial in greatness. The elegant design of the Aeria easily fi ne-tunes to the millimeter to fi t any type of rider. Only 8 hidden marine-grade bolts control the Aeria’s 6 points of adjustment, allowing bike fi tters the freedom to fi t any athlete with simplicity.

SPECIFICATIONS + Integrated Brackets: Aero is lightweight, simple and easy to adjust. The Aeria’s patented

bracket system simultaneously clamps the extensions while attaching the brackets to the

Gone are the days of simply measuring a drop bar

by the standard reach, drop and width. The DRiVe

metric pinpoints the precise position in the drops

where riders instinctively place their hands.

The metric is incorporated into a new series of

progressively sized handlebars designed around
