INTRODUCTION:

Foreseeing the emerging construction boom in the UAE, we a group of enterprising engineers

set up UNICORN ELECTROMECHANICAL LLC as an MEP company to cater for the electrical,

HVAC and plumbing services of the construction industry. Since then, the company has set new

standards in the field, raising comforts to a sophisticated level and helping customers

experience those services at its best.

commercial and residential buildings as well as on the industrial requirements. We are in to the

Design and Execution of Turnkey MEP solutions including HVAC, Electrical installations and

Plumbing works for the Offices, Showrooms, Commercial/residential buildings, warehouses, villas

and medium industries. And thus, we are already listed as the approved contractor for many

consultants/authorities including RAK Free Zone authority, SAIF Zone, JAFZA, DIC, DIFC, DWC

Airport, Clarke Samadhin Associates, MACE Consulting, Halcrow, Tabodin Consulting, GAJ, HME

Hillarion Consultants etc.

AIR CONDITIONING

We are committed to our environment and thus, we assure we are providing the

perfect design and solutions to our clients. We also undertake design and execution of

“green offices” for the LEED Certification under USGBC.

Apart from the installations, we provide Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) of

the Air conditioning systems for the offices and commercial & residential buildings.

Design Supply and Erection of chilled water systems, pumps, chilled water piping and

installations of Chillers, FAHUs, AHUs and FCUs etc.

Design, Supply and Installation of Ducted Split, Decorative and Packaged AC units.

Design, Fabrication and Erection of GI & Pre‐Insulated Ducts and Aluminum cladding.

Design, Installation of All fire rated duct for kitchen and Extract Areas

Design and preparation of necessary drawings and Heat load Calculations.

Arrangement of all the necessary permissions and approvals.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS

Our experience in modular building installations, contracting, electrical maintenance and installations is extensive. No job is too big or too small and our services range from the simple task of installing a light switch to more challenging projects such as providing electrical fit outs.

We work closely with our customers, ensuring that the task or project is completed on time and on budget, using the highest quality products available. We also advise our customers of any cost saving measure that can be utilized and can assist with any safety requirements. By using our skills and experience we build ongoing and lasting relationships with our customers.

Design and installations of the Electrical power systems, low current systems, structured

cabling for the commercial, industrial and residential buildings.

Supply and installation of the Electrical power systems including LV panels, SMDBs and DBs

as per the international and local authority regulations.

Design and Preparation of necessary drawings and Load Schedules.

Arrangement of all the necessary permissions and approvals including local authorities

(DEWA/SEWA/ADDC etc).

Supply and Installations of Structured Cabling works as per the Etisalat/Du Requirements.

PLUMBING INSTALLATIONS:

Our highly experienced team of craftsmen plumbers, gasfitters and drain layers are

ready to work with you on everything from in‐ground drainage, to roofing, backflow

prevention and on‐site installation. Backed up by the Master Plumbers seal of approval and a

quality assurance guarantee on all of our work

Plumbing, gas fitting and drain laying are often the final pieces of the construction

puzzle and when you are the last one out of the door, there isn’t room for errors. We have

the capacity, experience and expertise to ensure your timeframes and budget are met, and

your project stands out.

Design and installations of the Domestic and Drainage water pipelines.

Installations of the sanitary equipment’s, Water heaters with necessary pipe works for the

hot and cold water pipelines.

Installation of Solar Panel’s for Hot water.

Design and Preparation of necessary drawings.

Arrangement of all the necessary permissions and approvals from local authorities.

Providing Design, Supply, Installation and Annual Maintenance Contract of fire alarm systems, Emergency & Exit Light system and all kind of firefighting equipment’s.

UNICORN ELECTROMECHANICAL management gives more importance to

safety, health and environmental protection while recruiting technical and

non-technical personals.

In house Training features:

Each and every personal of UNICORN are compelled to attend in house

safety, firefighting and environmental protection classes including first aids in

case of emergencies.

UNICORN has got well trained engineering & supervising personals to have

a close vision while undertaking risky and hazardous activities.

All the tools and equipment are properly calibrated from time to time and

maintained properly.
