Chaplain activities this month included ride-a-longs with two officers who recently completed field training with the goals of becoming better acquainted and sharing about the resources of the chap-lain program. Hilliard Police Department kindly invited me to its chaplain candidate orientation to answer ques-tions about police chaplaincy and to act as a resource for its new chaplains. NAPD has been serving as a support for Hilliard PD in the development of its chaplaincy program.
