We’ll install the right size and number of secure locked consoles in different locations at your premises.

A security certified professional will collect your documents according to an agreed schedule - with all materials stored securely throughout the process.

You pay one fixed monthly fee, which includes the provision of consoles, collection, destruction and Certificate of Destruction.

Documents are securely transported to a local Shred-it facility and destroyed. This fully-accredited process may be observed, and a Certificate of Destruction is supplied after each collection.

We provide Standard Shred (EN15713 Security Level 3), an industry-leading shredding process that is suitable for the vast majority of businesses. Cross-cut technology is used to shred documents to about the size of a memory stick.

The process also involves tearing the edge of each shred, producing uneven fragments, for even greater security. In addition to document shredding, we can provide secure disposal of non-paper media e.g. CDs, tapes and x-rays.
