Course StructureThe participants will acquire and share knowledge in a highly interactive arena and will be given every opportunity to test, apply, and share their skills within a controlled and supportive training environment. DeliverablesParticipants will attend 10 days of face to face workshops, coaching for assignment and complete the program within three months. Assignments can be individual or team assignments and can be tailor-made to address specific organizational needs. Tailor-made assignments will provide invaluable corporate payoffs to accelerate performance and efficiency.

Participants will receive comprehensive hand-outs and recommended reference books on each module.
