to develop and implement three market driven lifelong learning short courses that have so far

generated over K.Sh. 2 Million for the University. Over years, I have also assisted in developing

various undergraduate and postgraduate programmes for School of Open and Distance Learning

(SODL) and University of Nairobi Institute of Tropical and Infectious Diseases (UNITID) in my

area of specialization. The most current programme being a two year Fellowship programme in

Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E). Currently I am a member of University Strategic Planning

Committee which is charged with responsibility of crafting University of Nairobi strategy for 2018

to 2023. At the community level I am the chairman of International Project Monitoring and

Evaluation Society (IPROMES), an organization that consolidates project monitoring and

evaluation professionals for the purpose of impacting positively in sustainable development.
