CPAP Model :VECTOR et AUTO

VECTOR et Auto CPAP is a therapy device for treating

obstructive sleep apnea. Within a certain pressure range the

device automatically controls the therapy pressure

depending on the occurrence of respiratory events. In sleep

phases with no events the therapy pressure is lowered.

Starting obstructive events are treated effectively with a

slight pressure increase.

For a high therapy comfort the therapy pressure should

always be only as high as necessary and as low as possible.

The device can recognize the following respiratory events:

• Obstuctive apnea

• Hypopnea

• Central apnea

• Snoring

• Normal respiration

The identification of the different respiratory events is

achieved via 3 channels:

1. Measurement of any constriction of the respiratory tract.

2. Detection of flow limitations by measuring the flow.

3. Detection of snoring with the help of sound detection.

CPAP Model: point

point is the smallest HOFFRICHTER CPAP respiration

therapy device. Its stable therapy pressure and low noise

The movable EMALED 300 mobile

is for examination and treatment rooms that do not need a permanent

examination light. With a lighting power of 50 000 lux and a working

field of 60 mm,

This light makes sure that there is a shadow free lighting of the surgical

area. The light of 28 LED's, a near sunlight spectrum of 4200 K and a

good color rendering index of 92 Ra make a contrast rich and detailed

view of the wound possible.

Due to the "cold" light of the light diodes without infrared and

ultraviolet rays there is only minimal heat with the EMALED 300 mobile.

The low use of electricity and the long life span of the light diodes (min.

of 30 000 hrs.) assure low operating costs by the daily use of the light.

The comfort of the easy to move and simply to attach lighting heads in

connection with the unhindered movement of the horizontal axes and

the built in power supply with an accumulator of 4 hrs. Without

electrical connection guarantees a safe and easy use of the examination

This combination of our surgical lights is an alternative solution when a

second surgical lamp is needed without the same lighting power as the main

lighting head.

In this variation the main light EMALED 500 with 100 000 lux and the smaller

EMALED 300 with its 50 000 lux find their use as a satellite lamp.

The control of the size of the operating field works with the main light just

like the control of brightness through the matching control device through

which the brightness of the satellite lamp is being controlled with a fixed

focus.

An uninterrupted and model matching power supply unit with a back up time

of approx. 4 hrs. and automatic charging stability provide security against any

interruptions in electricity.

contains 100.000 lx per light head which light field diameter is between

180 and 350 mm. 70 light diodes make sure that there is no shadow

and an even lighting. The light diodes produce a near sun light

spectrum of 4.200 K with a colour rendering index of 92 without

heating the operating field with infrared or ultraviolet rays. The lighting

power, which lays between 10% and 100% as well as the light field size

are being regulated by a control panel at the light head and optionally

by remote control. The surgical light EMALED 500 and EMALED

500/500 could be equipped with an uninterrupted power supply that

offer you one of the smallest and brightest surgical lights in this

category. The light diodes produce light in a near-to-sunlight spectrum

of 4.200 K and a color rendering index of 92 without warming the

operative field with the infrared or ultraviolet light. The illumination

intensity, which is adjustable from 10% to 100%, and the operative

field size are being regulated by control panel at the light head or

optionally by cable-free remote control. The standard, completely

gimballed suspension system and the easy moving of the light head

enable comfortable working. Surgical light EMALED 560 has an

optional, uninterrupted power supply that automatically sustains

power of the accumulators charged up for about 4 hours without

being connected to an electrical outlet. The newest LED technology,

the long life cycle of the diodes of at least 30.000 hours, the low

Camera

With the camera system EMAICAM we created a camera

generation for our surgical lights that makes it possible to

transfer pictures in motion around different areas of the

hospital.

The surgical field is always is always in the picture of the camera

due to the centrally located, removable and integrated camera

in the lighting head. Depending on the model of the light, the

camera can be worked with a remote control or it can worked

with on the lighting head. The many possibilities of a picture put

out allows a multitube of uses for the video signals of

the EMAICAM.

Medical Washer

We know that small healthcare institutions have many potential

sources of microbiological contamination, bacteria spread unless

stringent controls are in place. Unfortunately, the importance of

the laundry in fighting infections is often underestimated even in

large healthcare institutions (with team of doctors especially

trained on cross infections), in small healthcare institutions, where

nobody is in charge of healthcare-care related infections, no one is

able to define if the linen is « hygienically clean » free of bacteria or

pathogens!

It is why Danube R & D department worked for the last several

years on a small barrier washer especially designed for small

institutions, 100/180 kg to be processed per day (design was

patented a couple of years ago).

ventilators or resuscitators that are used at Ambulances are triggered from the

Oxygen Cylinders due to their being high pressure sources. But this system has

the risks of getting empty at long distance transports, possible leakage at the

systems or even finding empty cylinders could create problems while the

Oxygen left is although enough for the Oxygen therapy but could not trigger

the Ventilators or resuscitators. OXYLANCE™ 2110 has the facility hardware as

an independent source of supplying the filtered and pressurized air of 4 Bars

(59 psi) for triggering ventilators meanwhile additionally the Oxygen is not

wasted at the outlet with a pressure of 8.5 psi.

Dropsonic is an ultrasonic nebulizer used for drug and water aerosol

therapy. Dropsonic produces high frequency electric signals and turns

these signals into mechanical ultrasonic vibrations using the piezo ceramic

crystal. These vibrations pass through the water in the ultrasonic cup and

focus on the surface of the liquid that will make the liquid bubble, as if it

was boiling, and turns the liquid into aerosol mist. Due to continues

ultrasonic vibrations, a fine and dense mist is formed over the medicine

cup and the mist is transferred to the patient by the airflow which is also

Ultrasonic Nebulizer

A nebulizer is a device used for administering medication to the people

in the form of mist inhaled into the lungs. It is commonly used in

treating cystic fibrosis, asthma, and

other respiratory diseases.

There are different types of nebulizer, although the most common one

is the piston type compressor nebulizers, which are used with the

medicine cups "atomizers". Piston type compressor nebulizers are

generating pressurized air that causes a blast at high velocity through

tubing to the liquid medicine to turn into aerosol particles, which is

then inhaled by the patient.

Nebulizers are used with the form of liquid medicine, which is often

loaded into the device upon use. Bronchodilators are mainly used

medicines.

The reason they are inhaled instead of ingested is usually to target

their effect to the respiratory tract, which speeds onset of action of

the medicine and reduces side effects compared to other means of

SONOPULSE ULTRASOUND THERAPY

The equipment allows the choice of frequency of ultrasound emission, or you can

choose ultrasound of 1.0 MHz or 3.0 MHz . It permits even to choose ERA

(effective area of radiation) at 3.5 or 1.0 cm ² cm ², that is, the unit allows you to

The high frequency generator makes low-dose exposures

possible. Optional Anatomical programmed examinations (APR)
