Nozzle covering hood Clean-PurgeThe Clean-Purge nozzle covering hood significantly reduces particle removal when purging. A key argument for the medical sector and clean room applications.

Tie-bar protectionFrequent mould changes increase the risk that the tie-bars of the injection moulding machine are damaged when touching the mould during installation and removal. A precise crane system is not always available, which makes this easily installable protective equipment even more important!

Metal separator and hopper magnetThe detection and separation of magnetic and non-magnetic metal impurities, even if these are included in the raw material or the granulate, increase quality and reduce production failures.

Panorama safety coverThe panorama safety cover protects the mould area from invading dirt and dust particles. The panorama safety cover can be retrofitted for ELION, ELION hybrid, EVOS and SynErgy.

Plasticising unit extension cableThe extension cable allows you to clean the plasticising unit outside of the injection moulding machine. The plasticising unit is heated and the screw can be pulled/pushed out. In addition, quick action prevents harde-ning from occurring (black specks).

Special controlUpon request, we will gladly offer you special controls adapted to your machine type.

USB disk driveThe USB disk drive can be retrofitted and allows the use of USB sticks instead of floppy disks. It is an inexpensive upgrade solution with which the disk drives of the DSP2 and DSP3 machine controls can be replaced.

Reactive current compensationReduce energy costs with the simple and inexpensive extension and installation solutions for unregulated reactive current compensation. These can be adjusted for the various sizes of the respective drives.

Heater sleevesUse your heating output more efficiently with better plasticising unit insulation and thereby increase your energy savings by up to 20 percent.

Integrated output measurementParameter changes can influence energy consumption. This has been confirmed by measure-ments that have already been carried out. Reduce energy costs by having integrated output mea-surements conducted.

Standstill monitoringTime and time again, machines are stopped for operational reasons. In these cases, energy is wasted because the drive motor and heaters continue to run even though nothing is being produ-ced. The standstill monitoring, which is a special program that is available for control generations DSP 1 through 5, can avoid this.

Overvoltage protectionOvervoltage protection reduces costs. In instable grids with power outages and voltage fluctuations, there is a danger that electronic components can be damaged by voltage peaks.
