Description

The Compact, Rechargeable, Strip LED Light units are user friendly and easy to transport and operate. The Light System will effectively illuminate the stope/development area and will improve visibility and the identification of hazardous conditions and situations. It will also indicate unsafe conditions or areas with a Red LED indication/warning light. The light unit and charging box are modular units that can be repaired by trained personnel on the mine.

The Storage/Charging Box is placed at the Face Winch - the Charging Box is connected

to the 32VAC auxiliary plug on the Winch Starter Box supplying power to the Multi-

The Rechargeable Surround LED Lights are placed inside the lockable Storage/Charging box and connected to the Charger Cables to

be charged while stored safely.

The Starter Box Status Warning LED Light and Siren Unit is mounted on the starter box to visually and audibly warn

any worker entering a work area regarding the status of the electrical equipment (fan) inside the work area

The Starter Box Status Warning LED Light and Siren Unit consists of a robust polycarbonate enclosure and steel

mounting plate, one red superbright LED light, one green superbright LED light, two high pitch 85db buzzers, an electronic control and charging board and a back-up

battery.

When the starter box is switched on and power is

being supplied to the electrical equipment it feeds the green Super bright LED

will be on indicating a safe to enter condition.

When the starter box is switched off or tripped and no power is being supplied to the electrical equipment it feeds the red Super bright LED and high pitch buzzers will be on indicating an unsafe to enter

condition.

The Refuge Bay Indication LED Light & Siren Systems were specifically designed for Refuge Bay location indication.

When the systems are in Normal Mode (no emergency) the LED lights will be switched on GREEN and will be constant ON (or flashing, if required) indicating the position of the Refuge Bay

entrance to all personnel in the area.

In case of any emergency where the Refuge Bay is utilised for safeguarding personnel, the Emergency Push Button Switch is activated to switch the systems to Emergency Mode. This will

change the colour of the LED Lights from Green to Red, which will continuously flash, and activate the Sirens, which will sound at 2 second intervals. The system will visually and Audibly

indicate the position of the Refuge Bay to any rescuers. With the rechargeable Back-Up Battery the Refuge Bay Indication LED Light & Siren Systems will

still work continuously for 5 - 10 hours during power failures

The 90m Hanging Line Laser with suspension hooks, is used to accurately

extend grade and direction lines by projecting a bright laser line (or spot) on to

the Side & Hanging Wall and/or Face by suspending it from two survey pegs.

The members of the Z-A laser product family are suitable for universal use because they are

The Clinolaser is used to turn off angles at all Breakaways, Box holes, Crosscuts etc. It is fitted with two in-

trinsic safe line lasers. The two lines of laser light are projected from the

Clino Laser to accurately establish the correct break away angle. One line is sighted onto the existing survey line

and the other is projected at the desired angle (90, 80, 70, 60 degrees
