Failing to plan for tasks. Work environment that is not

conducive to being productive. Taking on tasks that are too big for us

to handle on our own.

Wake up with a positive attitude. Stop rushing. Know what you are doing. Pick the right location for your work. Break up your work into smaller pieces. Work as a team where possible Review your progress

9 - 1 6You never meet any deadlines, you are always behind and your work just seems to pile up. You feel stressed and overwhelmed and ill-equipped to accomplish all that you have to.

You have good days and bad days. You struggle at times to keep track of all that you need to do and what you have already done. You feel under pressure a lot of the times.

You are quite productive and accomplish what you need to, however there are still times when you feel a bit stressed because you fall behind on some things.

How can management assist with improving educator productivity?

Accountability. Manage the educators but avoid

micromanagement. Encourage, motivate, reward and

recognise. Reach out to educators by seeking

them out.
