Highlights

ISCAR and UNITAC are expanding the diameter range of the GD-DH gundrills and deep drilling heads family by adding drills

in the diameter range of 1.103” to 1.575”. The new drills mount TOGT 130408 and TOGT 140510 inserts

that feature 3 chip splitting cutting edges.

GD-DH Gundrills for machining centers and gundrill machines on which gundrill tools with TOGT inserts are now available in new diameter ranges of 1.103” to 1.250”, in 10 and 20 drilling lengths to diameter ratios.

ISD-EF/IF-FT Deep single tube drills with external 4 start / internal single thread connections and TOGT inserts are now available in new diameter ranges of 1.103” to 1.575”. Each item shown in the attached catalog page represents a respective diameter range. For ordering a specific head diameter, an order form should be completed.

Based on the expansion of the existing gundrill and deep drilling head lines, ISCAR and UNITAC are introducing the following new insert sizes: TOGT 130408 and TOGT 140510 The new TOGT inserts feature 3 chip splitting cutting edges, a positive rake chipbreaker and a wiper for high hole surface quality. The inserts are available in 8 different sizes and made of the versatile PVD coated IC908 carbide grade. The inserts are available with a DT and GF chipbreaker.
