Project Description:
The modern production- logistic complex "Agroproduct Dnipro“ is created in the Dnipropetrovsk
Region.
The Complex will set up high-tech equipment, which will provide high-quality storage and
production of a competitive global food market.
The main products of the Complex will be – fresh and processed berries, fruits, vegetables and
other vegetable origin products.

MAIN TYPES OF ACTIVITIES OF THE COMPLEX:
o Accumulation, storage, maturation, freezing of berries, fruit and vegetables in the
chambers with different temperature ranges.
o Pre-sale preparation of agricultural products (calibration, washing / cleaning, drying,
packing and packaging),
o Production of wide assortment of branded food products with high added value.
o Integrated logistic (production, warehouse, transport, international trade, retail,
financial, documentary, etc.). Multi selling products in domestic and foreign markets,
which will provide the stability and profitability of sales.

THE UNIQUENESS OF THE PROJECT:
For the first time in the Dnipropetrovsk region, an ultramodern production-logistics complex
"Agroproduct Dnipro" will be created, which is with using efficient technologies, international
standards and in accordance with the requirements of European regulations, will produce
competitive food products on the market.
More than 70 marketing standards for competitive products were developed. Some types of
brand products have already been tested in real production, logistics and internation trade
operations.
PLC «Agroproduct Dnipro» will be integrated into the agro-industrial cluster «Agropartner Dnipro»
(agricultural producers cooperative), which will provide the Complex with full quality vegetables,
fruits and berries, which will promote the development of small and medium-sized farms in the
region.
PLC "Agroproduct Dnepr" will produce a wide range of high-quality branded food products
with the number of more than 35,000 tons per year.
One of the main advantages of the Complex will be the creation of an efficient system of
logistics and multilevel marketing, which will provide the stability and profitability of selling
products in the national and international markets.

MANUFACTURING AND MARKETING INTERVALS OF THE COMPLEX:
The created production- logistic complex «Agroproduct Dnipro» will be integrated into the
agro-industrial cluster «AgroPartner Dnipro». Industrial integration with AgroCluster will allow
the Complex to receive for storage and processing, high-quality agricultural products and to
provide a stable selling of food products on the national and international markets.

FEATURES OF THE PROJECT :
Created Complex is a multifunctional, modern enterprise which is based on
international standards and effective technologies will produce, store, cool /
freeze, carry out pre-sale preparation (cleaning, calibration, washing, drying),
packaging of berries, fruits, vegetables and produce vegetable origin products
with high added value).
The activity of the production- logistics complex "Agroproduct Dnipro" will be
operated at the International Consortium AGRO SENCO GLOBAL (central
office is in London, UK). This will allow providing effective selling of products in
the national and foreign markets for a short term.

ABOUT THE PROJECT:
Ultra modern, high-tech Production- logistics complex
«Agroproduct Dnipro», with warehouses of regulated temperatures and gas
environment (ripening, storage, freezing) with a storage area of 35,000 tons of
berries, fruits, vegetables, food products, as well as with high-tech
manufactures from pre-sale preparation, processing, packaging and marking
of vegetable origin products. The complex will be built according to the
requirements of the high international standards and of the European Union
regulations. Production-logistic complex «Agroproduct Senko» will produce
high quality and competitive brand «Agro Senco».
In future, LLC «Agroproduct Dnipro» will build a greenhouse with an area
of 3.4 hectares in 2019.

UNIQUENESS AND ACTUALITY OF THE PROJECT:
According to international standards of safety and quality (FSSC 22 000 BRC,
etc.), a wide range of branded food products of high quality will be produced in
Ukraine .
Production- logistic complex «Agroproduct Dnipro» in Dnipropetrovsk Region will
promote the development of farms, village infrastructure and socio-economic
development of the region.
It is planned to create over 150 new workplaces.
The uniqueness of the investment project is in efficient technologies for storage,
processing, packaging of agricultural products and in production of competitive brand
on the world market.
The complex will be equipped with modern production equipment that will produce up to 3000 tons of food product per month.

INTEGRATION AND COOPERATION:
PLC «Agroproduct Dnipro» will be integrated with the International Consortium «AGRO
SENCO GLOBAL», agro-industry cluster «Agropartner Senсo» and agro-industrial complex
of Ukraine, and processed agricultural products grown in Dnipropetrovsk, Kherson,
Zaporizhia and other Ukrainian Regions.

the standards of safety and quality of the trademark «Agro Senco»"
will be used. «Senco» will hand in the production of competitive
products with 74 marketing standards for fresh, frozen and other
processed food products.
❑On the basis of analysis of the products, an attractive design,
packaging which will provide the storage of products, and increase the
competitiveness of TM «Agro Senco» were created.
❑The packaging will be manufactured with using modern and
environmentally friendly technologies, both ISO and BRC have an
international coding system.
❑Marking of the goods will comply with requirements of national and
international standards to the requirements of the legislation of the
countries of import and sale of goods of TM «Agro Senco».
