Making of the poster Programmes Used: Adobe Photoshop Adobe Fireworks Microsoft Office PowerPoint Dafont.com Font space

Liberty Wallis We as a group decided to make individual versions of our poster, magazine cover and trailer so that we could personally show our own tastes, ideas and the skills that we have learnt from using a range of programmes. In the case of the poster, I have taken the main photo that I have used, I have decided on the layout and constructed the poster, I have edited the picture of Lauren’s character – changing the background and making Lauren stand out on the page. I have also edited the fonts that I have found on different websites and used to ensure that they are suitable and of the highest quality. Finally after looking at other billing blocks I have made my own and structured the language choices accordingly.

Making & editing of the trailer Programmes Used: Adobe Premier Elements Adobe Fireworks Sound Cloud

Liberty Wallis We as a group decided to make individual versions of our poster, magazine cover and trailer so that we could personally show our own tastes, ideas and the skills that we have learnt from using a range of programmes. The trailer was the hardest and longest of the products that I had to make. To make the trailer I had to learn how to use the Adobe Premier Elements software. I also had to learn how to put the footage in the correct order according to my storyboard. Also I had to put title scenes into the trailer and transitions most notably fade to black in between the scenes. I added the film title that I had edited on Fireworks so that it was the same as my other products creating brand identity. To add a backing track to the trailer I had

to search on the Sound Cloud website to find a suitable track, then add it to the trailer and then edit and cut it so that it fitted with the events in the scene at the time. I also had to adjust the volume of the audio at points when there was dialogue between the characters.
