Multicyclones are provided for depuration of smoke fumes from hard particles. Multicyclones should be installed between a hot water boiler and an exhaust fan. Multicyclones are insulated with stone wool and encased in tinplated steel. The location of smoke fumes inlet, outlet and cleaning hatches may be changed.

fuel feeding device is intended for wood chips, sawdust, peat, wood pellets, crushed bark supply to the furnace. fuel supply tank is equipped with a rotating mixer and a cultrated blade which prevents fuel from jamming and blocking the passage to fuel feed device. Guaranteed stable operation also using bad quality fuel (for example, tree limb wood chips).

Airshot „TM” – compressed air treatment technology for smoke pipes cleaning.The Airshot system is embedded in the boiler’s door and operates automatically by switching on in accordance with set time period.

Combustion process in the boiler plant is fully automatic. This boiler plant is meant for central heating in a small town (about 10 000 inhabitants).
