customer impacts, and the changes to the Oracle CRM On Demand user interface and behavior. The

Known Issues
Analytics
Assigning Visibility on Folders and Dashboards with Names Having Leading Spaces An error is raised when user clicks on the folder or dashboard on which user assigns visibility, if the folder or dashboard name has leading spaces. The fix will be available in Release 40.
Unformatted Percentage Fields in Advanced Custom Objects Subject Area The Percentage fields from Custom Objects 21 to 25 > Custom Percent folder and from Custom Objects 04 to 25 > Owned By User Custom Fields folder that are exposed in Advanced Custom Objects subject area are not formatted as percentages. The fix will be available in Release 40.
Usability
Multi-Record Inline Edit Does Not Support Certain Field Types Users cannot edit the following field types in multi-record inline edit mode.
• Concatenated fields
• Stoplight fields
• Star rating fields
• Currency fields
• Fields that use multi association lookup window
• Multi-select picklist fields
• Web link fields
• Fields from addresses
In addition, if a dynamic page layout is defined for the record type for your role, then you cannot update the driving picklist field for the dynamic layout. Above-mentioned fields are likely to be supported from next release onwards.
Web Services and Migration Tool
Unable to Upsert Non-Scheduled Event Workflows when Scheduled Events Elements are Present in Request
5 | ORACLE CRM ON DEMAND RELEASE 39 PRODUCT RELEASE NOTE
When upserting non-scheduled event workflows using the WorkflowRuleSetUpsert Administrative Web Service or via the Migration Tool, if the request contains the scheduled event workflow specific child elements with blank or null values, the upsert will fail. These attributes needs to be removed from the request for non-scheduled event workflows to upsert successfully.
The child elements includes: RecurrenceType, ReccurencePeriod, LastDayOfMonth, NumOccurrence, ListName, ScheduledInstancesInitiatedByUser, ScheduledEventStatus and EnableNotification.
Customer Impact
Analytics
Narrative Views Layout on Exported Analyses in Excel 2007+ Before Release 39, when exporting analyses using the Excel 2007+ format, the Narrative views information was pushed to the left, instead of being centered with the information from other views on top or below the Narrative views, as displayed on the Results tab. Starting with Release 39, this behavior was changed so the information in Narrative views is displayed consistently with what is displayed on the Results tab.
Setting Up Web Links Before Release 39, for web links of Type Report or Dashboard, the Path field was not required. Starting with Release 39, the Path field is always required and when edited, the existing web links that were previously saved with the Path field empty cannot be saved unless the Path field is populated.
Visibility on User Record Type in Historical Subject Areas Before Release 39, in historical subject areas, the visibility to the user (employee) record type was secured based on Manager Visibility, which was inconsistent with the user visibility from real-time subject areas where user visibility is Unrestricted. Starting with Release 39, the user visibility in historical subject areas is Unrestricted as well.
Usability
Batch Assign Book Queue in Admin Page is Renamed Batch Assign Book Queue link in the Admin page is renamed to Batch Assign Request Queue. The Batch Assign Request Queue page now displays both Batch Book Assign requests and Batch Team Member Assign requests, depending on whether the user has Manage Book privilege and Batch Team Member Assign privilege.
