They have an on/off switch located on the left side of the front of the unit. Models OPS-2500-CF and OPS-2500-CFR are black and model OPS-2200Y-CF is yellow. The model number is available on the sales invoice. The CleanFreak.com logo and phone number are printed on a white label with green lettering on the front of the unit and on a silver or yellow label on the back of the unit.

This recall involves Duraflame-branded electric space heaters, model DFS-220, sold in three colors, black, red and white. The heaters’ flame effect resembles a fireplace and works with or without heat. The heaters measure about 14.5-inches high, 13-inches wide and 8-inches deep. The on-off switch and the high/low heat settings are located on the upper left back side of the unit. The Duraflame logo appears on the front of the unit. The model number can be found on a white label located on the heater’s back panel.

HAZARD:

The heater can overheat and cause the units to melt, catch fire and ignite nearby items, posing a fire and burn hazard to consumers.

INCIDENTS/INJURIES

Twin-Star has received 32 reports of heaters burning or melting, including eight reports of the units catching fire, one of which resulted in minor property damage. No injuries have been reported.

Customers should immediately turn off and unplug the electric space heater and contact Twin-Star for a full refund.

This recall involves MobilePower Instant Boost 500, 6-in-1 Power, multi-function power packs with model number 2013, QVC SKU# V31873 and serial number MPC-060512-25. The model and serial numbers are located on the back panel on a white label next to the inverter fan. MobilePower Instant Boost 500 is printed on the front of the units. The power packs can supply AC or DC power and can recharge by either plugging into an electrical outlet or a DC accessory port or cigarette lighter port in your vehicle. They have two A/C outlets, a USB port, car battery jumper cables, and an air hose outlet to inflate tires. The power packs weigh 20 lbs., are black and blue color and measure about 9 inches tall, 10 inches wide and 8 inches long.

DESCRIPTION

This recall involves Fitbit ForceTM wireless activity-tracking wristbands with model numbers FB402BK, FB402BKS, FB402SL and FB402SLS. The wristband operates as a pedometer, sleep monitor and watch. It is made of plastic with a stainless steel casing and clasp and a small LED display screen. The display screen is flush with the top side of the band and a control button is on one side of the band. The wristband is about 3/4 inch wide and comes in large and small sizes and in the colors black or slate. The model number is on the back of the recalled wristband below the charging port.

Users can develop allergic reactions to the stainless steel casing, materials used in the strap, or adhesives used to assemble the product, resulting in redness, rashes or blistering where the skin has been in contact with the tracker.

Model number 3205121 (duck), 993205114 (duck), 3205122 (blowfish) or 3205078 (splat) is printed on the bottom of the packaging. “Magnets” and the Design Ideas’ logo are printed on the front of the package.

The small magnets can easily detach from the product. If swallowed, magnets can link together inside a child's intestines and clamp onto body tissues, causing intestinal obstructions, perforations, sepsis and death. Internal injury from magnets can pose serious lifelong health effects.

Spyre calipers have a black anodized caliper body and a silver actuator arm with “Spyre” on it. Spyre SLC calipers have a polished aluminum caliper body and a black composite actuator arm with “Spyre SLC” on it. Recalled calipers have a fastening screw with a hollow six-pointed star-shaped head with no markings on it and a 3 millimeter pad adjust screw on the outward side. The recalled calipers were also sold as original equipment on bicycles manufactured or distributed by BTI, Diamond Back Bicycles, Giant Bicycles, Hans Johnson Co (HJC), Kona, Marin Bikes, Quality Bicycle Products, Raleigh America.

This recall involves all 2013 Stromer ST1 women’s and men’s pedal-assist electric bicycles, models M33 Elite and P48 Platinum. The bikes were sold in three colors; black, red and white. They have an integrated lithium battery located inside the down tube, motor on the rear hub and a three-button LCD system display on the handlebars. “Stromer” is printed on the top tube of the bicycle frame and on the seat and chain guard. The fork’s serial numbers for the recalled bikes start with: ST1S2F, ST1S2G, ST1S2H, ST1S2I, ST1S2J, ST1S3A, ST1S3B, ST1S3C, ST1S3D and ST1S3E. The serial number is etched at the bottom of the rear fork.

The Playtex Hip Hammock is an infant carrier designed to strap the baby against the caregiver's body at the hip. It is made of a soft, quilted fabric and intended for babies that are from 15 to 35 pounds (approximately 6.5 to 16kg). The child seat is attached with straps that wrap around the carrier's hips and shoulder. "Playtex Hip Hammock" is printed on a label sewn into the front of the carrier.
