Alkaline cleaners

Ferroclean 7136/1 powdery, strongly alkaline and emulsifying cleaner for iron and steel

substrates; distinguished by especially high grease absorption and high

yield; for use by immersion

Ferroclean 7135/1 powdery, strongly alkaline de-emulsifying cleaner for iron and steel

surfaces; suitable for plants with oil separation; for use by immersion

with extended retention times. Grease and oil will be continuously

separated on the top of the bath solution

Acid cleaners

Alfideox 7502 liquid, acid cleaner; improved degreasing properties by highly effective

tensides and a special acid mixture

Acid degreasing additives

Ferrosid 7501/1 for use in combination with hydrochloric acid as an emulsifying

etching and degreasing for iron and steel surfaces; special wetting

components will support the cleaning on metal surfaces very

effective; liquid product for use by immersion

Ferrosid 7505/1 similar properties like Ferrosid 7501/1 but de-emulsifying; suitable

for plants with oil separation; liquid product

Inhibitors for hydrochloric acid etchings

Ferropas 7578 highly efficient etching inhibitor for hydrochloric acid etchings; reduces

the drag in rate of iron and the consumption rate of acid very effective

in order to reach extended retention times

Products for the post-treatment of hdg substrates

Alkaline cleaners

Alficlean 158 weakly emulsifying and alkaline degreasing, especially for use in

spraying plants; degreasing properties can be improved by

Korrekturlösung 108 and Alfisid 8

plants; weakly emulsifying; if evaporators are installed Alfideox 82

importance to us. All tenside combinations in our cleaning agents fulfil the latest regulatory

requirements with respect to biodegradability and general environmental compatibility (EU

regulation on detergents).
