Our supply chain extends across a vast array Europe’s largest supermarkets, wholesalers and food service companies. Its sister company IBCO supply a vast array of ethnic restaurants, hotels and independent supermarkets.
�e UK cold storage facility is state-of-art using the most advanced mobile racking and stock tracking system. We can store 10,500 pallets – 12,500 tons of frozen food at any one time. Seamark’s �eet of refrigerated vehicles can transfer products to many central European locations within 24 hours.

Quality and Ethics
Ingredients16 king freshwater king prawns (4 per person)2 tbsp garlic, chopped1 tsp ground white pepper2 tbsp fresh coriander300g steamed jasmine rice1 red chilli, julienned2 tbsp oyster sauce1 tbsp soy sauce1 tbsp Maggi seasoning sauce50ml cooking oil
MethodCut the prawn meat, leaving the thin layer on the back – to hold it together and devein, then marinate brie�y with salt and pepper. Pan-fry the prawns for two minutes and set aside. Heat wok to medium, add oil and stir-fry garlic for seconds. Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, seasoning sauce and ground white pepper. Mix with prawns. Arrange on a plate with rice topped with fresh coriander and a red chilli julienne.

Grilled Black Tiger Prawnswith Papaya Salad
Ingredients18 Black Tiger raw prawns (2 per person) 1 cup grated green papaya¾ cup grated carrot4 long beans or string beans4 cherry tomatoes, diced2 tbsp lime juice2 tbsp tamarind juice2½ tbsp :sh sauce3 9ai red chillies (more or less, as desired) 3 garlic cloves, peeled2 tbsp sugar
1½ tbsp cashew nuts, roasted1½ tbsp lemon juice2 tsp salt1 tsp ground white pepper10 tbsp homemade lemon butter sauce
MethodDe-veined and washed prawns. Cut the meat leaving the thin layer on theback, then marinate them for 15 minutes with white pepper and salt. Pan fryon both sides, about 8 minutes, then spread homemade lemon butter sauceon top. Place in oven (or microwave) until the sauce has melted. For thesalad, blend (or use a pestle and mortar) garlic, chilli and long bean. Add fishsauce, lime juice and tamarind juice. Mix in well grated green papaya, carrotand diced cherry tomatoes, then sprinkle with roasted cashew nuts. Arrangeprawns on the plate with papaya salad on the side.

MethodIn a mortar or blender, crush together the pineapple, onion, chillies, ginger, coriander root and garlic. Deep-fry the �sh in oil heated to 180°C for 10 minutes. Drain on absorbent paper. Meanwhile, heat the vegetable oil in a wok until very hot. Add the crushed ingredients and stir-fry for 30 seconds. Add the sugar, tamarind juice and �sh sauce and simmer for �ve minutes. Pour in the tapioca �our and water followed by the basil, then remove from the heat. Place the �sh on a serving dish, coat with the sauce, sprinkle over the coriander and garnish with the cucumber and tomato.

Method1. Toss the chicken pieces in the paprika.
