Using Mükava for Monitor Arm with a Tablet or Phone

Mükava for Monitor Arm can be used with most phones or tablets currently available in the market. Do not use Mükava for Monitor Arm with ‘curved’ phones.

Mükava pads use a patented adhesive system with no chemical adhesives, but millions of micro suction cups to maintain adhesion between the pad and your device. With normal use and care, your Mükava pad should maintain its adhesion for many years.

Use the larger Mükava tablet pad for a tablet or smaller Mükava phonepad for a phone. If you phone has as screen size larger than 6 inches(15cm) we suggest you use a larger tablet pad.

Important!Make sure that the Mükava pad is completely dry and clean before applying it to your device.

Getting the Most from Your Mükava for Monitor Arm

Mükava for Monitor Arm has been designed to help you avoid unnecessary neck wrist strain due to prolonged use of your electronic device or reading.

Mükava for Monitor Arm is adjustable to many different positions to help you to have hands-free viewing of whatever reading media you are using regardless of whether you are laying down, sitting or standing.

To minimize neck strain, keep the reading surface as close to eye level as possible and at most 30 degrees above or below your eyes. For optimal ergonomics, remember to stretch every 30 minutes while using your Mükava.

Mükava for Monitor Arm should be used to complement good posture and will not solve pain and strain from prolonged bad posture. If you continue to suffer pain from prolonged reading, seek help from a medical professional.
