STATWIN 2002 supports the following KARL DEUTSCH - gauges with data processing, data storage and general PC interconnection: ► Coating Thickness Gauge POCKET-LEPTOSKOP 2030 / 2035 ► Coating Thickness Gauge LEPTOSKOP 2040 / 2041 / 2042 ► Crack Depth Meter RMG 4015 You can use STATWIN 2002 to acquire, store, display and print measured values, to evaluate measuring batches statistically and output results as test report to a PC printer. Numerous menu items allow convenient acquisition of readings and administration of measured data. Several options are available for making the measured values available to external programs (via ASCII export) for further processing. In addition, functions for calibration, transfer and storage of calibrating values and functions on the set-up of the gauge are activated de-pending on the connected measuring instrument.

Data Output Printing Measured Values and Test Report Printout can be selected either to appear as list of measured values or as test report.

File Export ASCII Each reading is written to a line of the export file. Each line of readings consists of ► the consecutive number of the reading ► the reading ► the measuring unit. The order of the data transferred to the file is shown in the opposite image. The descriptions in column D are shown for explanation only and will not be transferred. The fields are separated by means of the TAB character (ASCII Dec 9) and each line is terminated by LF (Line Feed) so the values easily can be transferred to other programs such as the spread sheet software MS-EXCEL© or the word processor MS-Word©.
