INTRODUCTIONBooking Protect is an innovative affinity protection company that provides a complete refund protection product to its Retail Partners.

The product is a Refund Guarantee that our Retail Partners offer to their customers for a fee, which enables the customer to receive a refund in specified unforeseen circumstances.

The refund covers the total price of the booking which includes all service fees and charges meaning the customer always gets a FULL refund (subject to terms and conditions).

PRODUCT

PRODUCT FEATURESBooking Protect is a comprehensive Refund Guarantee, that you offer to your customers, this is backed up by a contract with a recognisable insurer and all administration is managed by us.

The Booking Protect product covers ALL elements of the booking including tickets, travel, accommodation, etc and ALL service and booking fees (subject to terms and conditions).

Outlined below are the core refund circumstances of the Booking Protect product, however if there are further circumstances you believe your customers require we will work with you to define and source these.

Protects your entire Booking (inc tickets, accommodation, travel, etc)

The customer receives a 100% refund (inc all service and transaction fees)

Death, Accident, Illnesss or Injury to the customer, their immediate family or a member of the group

Pre-existing medical conditions and pregnancy

Adverse Weather Conditions

Court Summons & Jury Service

Service personnel summoned unexpectedly by their employer (inc policeofficers, fire, medical practitioners, armed forces, etc)

Private vehicle failure (inc breakdown, fire, theft, accident, etc)

NEW REVENUE STREAMThe Booking Protect product offers our Retail Partners a sustainable ongoing new income stream and a valuable service to their customers.

A typical arrangement would be pricing of the Booking Protect product between 3 - 9% of the Retail Price of the main product, however this is mutually agreed between Booking Protect and our Retail Partner’s.

The Retail Partner would retain up to 40% of the sales revenue, subject to a band minimum and pay the remainder to Booking Protect. This will cover the cost of the insurance, administration, provide the sales solution and handle all claims and customer support.
