tHow does a SprayStation® work?

The Earlex SprayStation® uses the latest innovation in paint spraying with HVLP technology. HVLP stands for ‘High Volume, Low Pressure’, it allows quick and easy paint spraying that gives you a great finish every time. It is similar to a conventional spray gun using a compressor to supply the air, the spray gun itself requires a lower pressure (LP).

A high volume (HV) of air is then used to atomise and propel the paint at this lower air pressure. The result is a higher proportion of paint reaching the target surface with reduced overspray and material consumption.

The Ultimate SprayStation® is a multi-purpose sprayer with a 4 metre hose and both a 1 litre paint pot for small intricate work and a 5 litre spray pack designed for larger projects. The round lid on the front of the spray pack is quick to re-fill, taking the stress out of big jobs.
