THESE ARE OUR STANDARD TRADING TERMS OFFERED TO CREDIT ACCOUNTS.

Payment is due 30 days from date of invoice. i.e. Invoice dated 15th September is due for payment 15th October. Invoice dated 1st May is due for payment 1st June.

NO OTHER TERMS ARE APPLICABLE. We reserve the right to exercise our statutory right to claim interest and compensation for debt recovery costs under the late payment legislation if we are not paid according to the agreed credit terms. Orders of £150.00 net (excl vat) are carriage paid. Orders of less than this amount incur £7.00 excess. The contents of Promotional Multipacks must not be broken down and sold as single units and are supplied strictly on this basis. In the event of failure to comply with the above we reserve the right to retrospectively charge for the goods as if they are loose product. Goods remain the property of Purdy International Corporation until invoice is settled in full.
