The modular handrail attachment provides a compliant 1m high handrail to

the walkway side of the Verge Safety Barrier™.

‘Handrails’ help with stability thus preventing slips, trips and falls in the

workplace. A ‘structural guardrail’ stops moving vehicles from intruding

into pedestrian walkways and work areas.

The Verge Safety Barrier™ with handrail does both!

This unique system combines two vital safety features creating safe

passageways with substantial protection against vehicle traffic yet offering

guidance and fall prevention bringing compliance into the workplace.

Verge V-Rail™ is essential for emergency evacuation escape routes such

as fire exits, to protect and guide when visibility is an issue. It also is a

necessity in environments where trip hazards and the risk of slipping is

V-Stop Floor Angle™Verge V-Stop™ is heavy-duty floor angle 100 x 100 x 6 designed

to protect against obstacles such as pallets and forklift tines from

protruding into designated walkways, or damaging walls and

equipment.

Verge V-Stop™ is also an added protection to barrier itself ensuring a

safe distance is maintained preventing damage.

Verge Self-Closing V-Gate™The Verge Self-Closing V-Gate™ is a modular self-closing gate

commonly used where walkways meet vehicle passageways. Using

gates makes personnel ‘STOP, LOOK, LISTEN & THINK’ before

proceeding into potentially unsafe areas. These gates can be placed

to plant and equipment is required for maintenance or replacement. When

Verge V-Boom™ GateVerge V-Boom Gates™ are the perfect solution where forklift access across

a walkway is required. When the gate is opened to allow forklift access, the

gate swings across the walkway, temporarily blocking pedestrian access.

When closed, the walkway is protected and can be used as normal. Ideal

where walkways cross roller doors or forklift thoroughfares.

To reduce risk of workplace injuries, forklift/pedestrian interaction should

be kept to a minimum. The V-boom gate helps you to achieve this. The less

shared intersections you have, means less risk of accidents!

Verge Dock-PRO GateThe Verge Dock-Pro Gate is designed to prevent people and equipment

falling into recessed dock areas, off platforms and into service pits.

This gate has two rails (top & middle) which extend from the mounting post to

the end post. When shut, the gate acts as a strong physical barrier.

The space saving lift-away design has a lightweight lifting action and nests out

of the way with a very small footprint.

In the situation where ceiling height is limited, dock-PRO Bi-fold is the answer.

With its fold-away action, wide openings can be protected with minimal height

required.

The dock-PRO’s clever design allows the gate width to be easily adjusted on

site to suit your dock dimensions.

The Dock-PRO industrial range is designed to withstand medium impact from pallet

trucks and trollies preventing them from rolling off the dock edge.

The dock-PRO industrial has a heavy duty 150 x 50 top rail with a 100 x 50 mid rail

coupled to a 65mm end post. When closed the end post nests into the receiver

post creating a robust barrier.

The solid structure has a gas strut assisted lifting action making it light and easy to

use.

The Dock -PRO personnel range prevents persons falling off dock edges. These

gates are also a perfect alternative to pedestrian swing gates, where ‘swing’ space

is limited.

The Dock-PRO personnel range is a must where staff are at risk of falling into

recessed dock ledges or service pits. They are available in many configurations

providing solutions for all applications. The sturdy construction is easy to use with its

smooth light-weight action.

Installation is simple. Position the gate central to the opening and bolt it down with 8

x M12 masonry fixing provided.

The Verge Roll-Over Gate™ is a mezzanine pallet safety gate. It allows pallets to be loaded and unloaded from mezzanine floors safely. The pallet access gate is fast to install, very sturdy and easy to use.

It leaves no exposed edges, keeping operator’s safe from the risk of falling. The Verge Roll-Over Gate™ has side barrier panels and a double-sided gate that pivots allowing access to one side at a time. It’s made from steel and powder coated yellow which looks great and prevents rust.

The process is so simple and safe. To open the gate, simply roll the gate back, exposing the load area to the forklift operator. Place pallet on the load area and roll the gate into the closed position leaving the pallet accessible to be removed with a pallet jack or unstacked. Everybody is kept safe with no exposed edges.

The Verge Roll-Over Gate™ is beautifully balanced and requires no force to operate, it will rise and lower very smoothly considering the substantial structure of the gate.

for where head height is restricted. Often in multi-tier mezzanine

situations or where structural roof beams restricts head height, safe

loading is compromised as a standard rollover gate will not fit. With

an overall required height clearance of only 1900mm these gates

can fit almost anywhere without compromising the size pallet that

can loaded through the gate.

Verge AutoGate™ The Verge ‘electronic’ rollover gate allows you to open and close the mezzanine access gate from your forklift. An innovative invention bringing safety, efficiencies and automation to your warehouse.

Why motorised?

Preventing the risk of falling from the face edge of a mezzanine floor

is essential, however, to operate the gate remotely (without having

to get off the seat of your forklift) provides a whole new level of

safety and efficiency. Our innovative Verge AutoGate™ series does

exactly that.

Removable Bollards The Surface Mount Removable Bollard is made of heavy duty steel and locks into a surface mount

receiver. With four fixing points, they are very easily installed with no core drilling required.

In Ground Removable Bollards The In Ground Removable Lockable Type Verge Safety Bollard is designed to slide into a Sleeve,

core drilled into the surface (concrete or asphalt) or set in new concrete. The Removable IN-

Verge Column Protectors™ safeguard your building’s support

columns and downpipes from structural damage by protecting

them from vehicle impact. Structural columns are common in

warehouse facilities and often situated near vehicle traffic. Impact on

columns can threaten structural integrity of your building resulting in

damage that is costly to repair. This type of impact has the potential

to cause a structure, mezzanine floor, roof or light pole, to collapse,

potentially causing injury or a fatality in the workplace.

Verge™ offers combination of column protector sizes to suit columns

and poles of various sizes.

Verge Rack-PRO Pallet Rack End Protector™ is a robust guard

designed to protect assets against costly forklift impacts. Protecting

pallet racking uprights is of vital importance to avoid potential

disasters. Replacing pallet racking and inventory due to avoidable

damage is very costly, therefore by preventing such damage means

significant long-term savings.

Verge Rack-PRO™ being modular, has one of the lowest

replacement costs. If it gets damaged you only need to replace the

damaged part saving you up to 70% in repair costs.

Verge Rack-PRO Pallet Rack End Protector™ measures 300mm

high with heavy-duty corners measuring 400mm high offering extra

protection as corners are subject to frequent impact. It is reinforced

with gusset brackets providing immovable protection. Verge

Rack-PRO™ comes in two standard lengths to suit your racking

configuration.

Protects more than just racking – Built modular means it is as

flexible as you need it to be! By simply adjusting the bolt-in barrier

section, varied lengths are easily accomplished to suit more

applications. Rack-PRO can also be used to protect walls, work

areas, low-height platforms, coolrooms and machinery.

Verge Wall-PRO™Verge Wall-PRO™ protects walls against damage from pallets and

materials handling equipment.

Verge Wall-PRO™ is a very sturdy modular low height barrier system that

is fixed to the floor parallel to the wall that is subject to being impacted,

avoiding costly repair projects. This product is ideal for protecting cool

room panelling where space is sometimes limited, floor surfaces are often

slippery, and walls are frequently damaged.

Wall-PRO™ consists of a series of heavy-duty 5mm thick steel bracketing

components and module lengths of barrier rail allowing the barrier to

follow the entire contour of the structure being protected.

With its ease of installation and its module components sections of the

barrier can be simply replaced in the event of damage to the barrier.

The Verge rotating expandable barrier allows total versatility of the barrier. Having the ability to rotate 360º means that you can block off an entry for when access is not permitted and when use of the entry is required, it can be rotated and expanded to block access to the area maintaining separation between vehicles and personnel. The other advantage of having this rotatable is so you can spin the barrier out of harms way when not in use.
