EasyClean® is a lining which fits the BARON forced action mixers and which reduces the cleaning time considerably

Furthermore your fantastic BARON forced action mixer lasts even longer, as it can be completely clean and doesn’t need strokes and sandblasting in order to remove the set remains

The EasyClean® system is developped based on feedback from customers and end-users, who think that they spend too much time on cleaning the forced

action mixer, especially if the mixer is not cleaned directly after use.

EasyClean® is an optimum system, when you mix with glue eg. for floorings or rubber granules. The only thing you need to do now, is to remove the lining after use and the mixer is immediately ready for the next task.

The time you save on cleaning, can now be used for production!

New, powerful motor and advanced steering extend the possible applicationsfor the conveyors

Baron’s new range of conveyors contains many new facilities, which increases the possible applications.

The frequency converter makes it possible to use a powerful 3-phase motor, even though the power supply is 1-phase. Furthermore the frequency converter makes it possible to vary the speed from 20 to 80 cm/sec and runs both forwards and backwards.

The new conveyors can be connected in series with up to eight conveyors at the time and are available in the editions CU (ConveyorUnit)

and CCU (ConveyorControlUnit). The CCU’ is required, if you want to make a series connec-tion, as this is used for steering of the other conveyors.

The new functions open up to new applications. The target group for the conveyors is thus significantly larger.

A good example is in connection with excava-tion of basements, where the conveyors can be used for removal of materials and afterwards the direction can be changed and concrete can be transported into the basement.

The Baron-series is developped in co-operation with our own develop-ment department and a number of our most demanding customers within equipment rental and the construction sector. This ensures that the CU and CCU-series in reality live up to even the strictest requirements for durability, strenght and serviceability. The closed side profile provides extremely high loading capacity while the security stays completely in the top.

A Baron conveyor can be used for all kinds of tasks from the hard decomposition, wet mortar, transportation of soil etc.

Baron Vario makes repair of stone paving very easy

Baron Vario is perfect for repair of pavements and other areas with paving stone. Baron Vario makes it easy to lay down a paving stone with a different thickness compared to the one, which it will be next to. The height of the support legs can be adjusted in the sides from 0 - 10 cm, so the heightmatches the thickness of the tile/stone, which has to be laid down.At the same time, you will have the possibility to vary the width, as the lug plate is made double and is shiftable.

Baron hand rammer is perfectfor smaller areas

The Baron hand rammer is a new series of rammers, which includes a standard rammer, an angle rammer, which is especially suitable for com-pression around tubes and three square rammers.

All three Baron square rammers are equipped with an anti-shock membrane,which reduces the vibrations, which otherwise will transmit to the arms and shoulders.

The square rammer 200 PUR is equipped with a PUR coating, which makes it especially gentle and suitable for stones and tiles.
