GELATINE CAPSULESThe raw material for our gelatine capsules is sourced from Rousselot, the largest supplier of high quality bovine bone gelatine. We offer our customers a wide range of the highest quality capsules ranging in sizes from #000 to #5.

Our gelatine capsules are designed to provide a high degree of consistency and stability allowing high-packing efficiency.

They also have four locking points in a unique pre-locking ring to prevent separation of the capsule during transportation, and are designed to reduce the incidence of split capsules and dented ends.

HPMC capsules, an abbreviation from hypro-mellose (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), are vegetarian capsules made from plant fibres. They have a very similar appearance and dimensions to high quality gelatine capsules, with the same level of resiliency and flexibility.

They are also strictly non-toxic vegetarian, kosher and halal certified. In addition, they offer enhanced absorption and digestion of protein, fat and carbohydrate and are renowned for their long storage life.

Highest quality vegetable Pullulan capsules are the best choice for oxygen sensitive materials. Pullulan is a naturally occurring, edible, bland and tasteless polymer, which is sourced from fungi grown on a starch substrate. Pullulan capsules are widely used in food and beverage industry as they provide an excellent oxygen barrier.

Our Pullulan capsules are brilliantly clear and shiny, which makes them visually attractive. Pullulan is chemically inert and does not react or cross link with the contents. Pullulan is the best choice for oxygen sensitive materials and is stronger than gelatine capsules and has over 99.9% run rate.
