The company

Modern and experienced companyFF Systembau is one of the leading producers ofaccess panels. Founded in 1991 the company'sexperience in the construction industry has greatlyexpanded its product lines to supply the market. In2003 it has specialized in the manufacturing of accesspanels and doors.

Further companies have been established in Central,Eastern Europe and in the United States. With theheadquarters located in Münchsdorf Germany ourproduction and administration offices are also locatedon our 5.000 m² site.

The highest technical reliability of our products, aswell as the highly qualified employees, guarantee thesustainable success of FF Systembau. At present,the company employs more than 150 members ofstaff.

Our products are readily installable without any difficulties.The access panels are available in many standarddimensions. Additionally, customized sizes can bemanufactured to every requested dimension. This alsoapplies to our fire resistant access panels. Different modelsare available, depending on purpose, and class of fireresistance required.

The product range is completed by access doors, which areproduced in accordance with the customer's specifications.

DescriptionThe access panel consists of aluminium profiles, withor without plasterboard inlay GKBI from 10 mm to25 mm and two latches.

Both, an outer and an inner frame of the access panelconsist of four single frames, which are firmlyconnected due to a special welding process. For sizesfrom 300 x 300 mm, the access panel is equipped witha safety-system against accidental opening. In orderto avoid accidents, this safety-system has to besecured after each opening. The access panel iseasily installed in walls and ceilings.

A joint gap of 1.5 mm is visible between outer frameand door leaf. The concealed snap locks open theaccess panel when pressure is applied to the flap onthe spring loaded latch side.

DescriptionThe access panel consists of aluminium profiles withplasterboard inlay GKF 40 mm, 43 mm, 45 mm or50 mm.

Both, an outer and an inner frame of the access panelconsist of four single frames, which are firmlyconnected due to a special welding process.

The fire-resistant double-layer cladding on thereverse side meets the required fire resistancestandard. The access panel is equipped with twocatchwires. In order to avoid accidents, this safety-system has to be secured after each opening. A jointgap of 1.5 mm is visible between outer frame and doorleaf, which is equipped with a circumferential fire-resistant seal (foaming). The concealed snap locksopen the access panel when pressure is applied to theflap on the spring loaded latch side.

DescriptionThe access panel consists of a welded aluminiumframe and is available with or without drywall inlay of12.5 mm,15 mm or 25 mm and two latches.

Both an outer and an inner frame assembly consistsof high grade aluminium which is bonded with aspecial welding process. For sizes 300 x 300 mm andup the access panels are equipped with a safetysystem to prevent accidental opening. This safetysystem must be reattached if the hatch is removed.

The reveal of 1.5 mm is visible between the outerframe and door hatch. The concealed snap locksopen the access panel when pressure is applied tothe spring loaded latch side.

This access panel is designed to be recessed intoconcrete wall and ceiling systems. This panel comeswith predrilled holes for easy installation.

Theaccess panel is equipped with a safety-systemagainst accidental opening.In order to avoid accidents, this safety-system has tobe secured after each opening. A joint gap of 3 mm isvisible between outer frame and door leaf, which isequipped with an innovative brush joint and, inaddition, with a special joint. Access panels forfacades in the outer area are applicable for directmounting onto solid walls (without external wallinsulation system) or for installation into a wallinsulation system (foam-sealed) from an insulationthickness of 80 mm.

DescriptionThe access panel EXT consists of a solid aluminiumframe and a hatch made of 1 mm aluminium sheetwith integrated insulation.

A safe installation in all types of walls is enssured byfixation through the predrilled holes in the sides of theouter frame.

The outer frame is equipped with a specialcircumferential sealing strip for a "watertight" joint. Aninnovative brush joint fixed at the door leaf serves asprotection against dust.
