How to apply 黏貼方式

Water Tranfer 撕膜標

1. 將商標浸泡純水30秒

2. 等待離型後,貼於車架上

用刮板將水與氣泡刮乾

3. 靜置30分鐘

作80-90度的烘烤,車架即可噴漆

4. 再將撕膜標的膜撕去,噴上金油,

再以130-150度烘烤,粉體金油控制

於180度以上,如果是碳纖車架或塑

膠材質，則需以70-80度烘烤即告完成

BC Solvent BC標

1. 準備BCS, (比例BCS:水）為1:20

水溫維持在30度到40度內

2. 將保護用的離型紙去除,

浸泡在溶劑中10到20秒

3. 將整張貼標移到被貼物上,

以刮刀將貼紙內的水和氣泡刮乾

4. 用清水清洗后以70-100度烘烤20分

鐘,噴上金油後再以150度烘烤,粉體金

油需用195度以下烘烤,如果是碳纖車

架或塑膠材質，則需以70-80度烘烤即

告完成

1. Remove the separator and soak the transfer in the water for 30 seconds.

2. Place the decals on an object. Press down transfer sheet with a rubbersqueegee firmly for excluding extra water and air.

3. Wait for 30 minutes and cure it at 70 degrees to 80 degrees then paint.

4. Take off masking then spray on clearcoating and cure it at 130 degrees -150 degrees for liquid coating, at least 180 degrees for powder coating,or at 70-80 degrees for carbon or plasticsubstrate.

1. Mixing BC Solvent with water (1:20), keep tem-perature at from 30 degrees to 40 degrees.

2. Remove the separator sheet and soak the transfer in BC Solvent for 10 to 20 seconds.

3. Place the decal on the substrate. Press downtransfer sheet with a rubber squeege firmly for excluding extra water and air.

4. Rinse with water. Cure it at from 70 degrees to 100 degrees for 20 minutes then spray on clearcoating and cure it at 150 degrees for liquid painting, up to 195 degrees for powder coating,or at 70-80 degrees for carbon or plasticsubstrate.
