Our revolutionary TransForm insulated wall system brings Insulated Concrete Wall Forms to a whole new level. TransForm is a

hybrid system between a regular poured wall form and an ICF. TransForms’unique design keeps all of the insulation on the outside of the wall which allows the system to take full advantage of the Thermal Mass, unlike any other concrete forming system on the market. ThermoFormThermoForm is TF Systems’ original breakthrough product. By installing insulated concrete forms vertically we realized many other benefits our competitors cannot claim.

DESIGN FLEXIBILITYDue to the vertical orientation of the ThermoForm System, buildings are designed to the clients’ needs and can easily incorporate intricate design features such as curved or elliptical walls and arches.

ICF Super Groover™ (Hot Knife)The ICF Super Groover is great for cutting accurate utility grooves and channels in polystyrene walls. It can cut grooves as small as a 1/2” width, and as large as 6” wide. The ICF Super Groover also comes with a variable temperature control, a front blade for inside corners and a detachable sled for straight blade use. TF will rent this to our customers.

Platon™ Waterproofing(4’ - 5’ - 8’ or 10’ tall x 65’ long)

Platon is made from tough, durable, high-density polyethylene (HDPE).

Platon waterproofing membrane is used to protect the foundation of a house and permanently bridge foundation cracks, preventing moisture from entering the basement of a home. The membrane protects a homes’ foundation by channeling water away from the walls. One roll of Platon membrane will cover 62 LF of wall.

Karnak™ Damp-proofingKarnak #220 is a fibered emulsion coating prepared from an asphalt binder, clay emulsifiers, and select non-asbestos fibers. Karnak has no odor or fumes and resists the absorption of exterior moisture. The cured film dries to a flexible, durable finish that will resist variations in temperature and weather. Karnak is available as a water based roll or spray on tar.

RipIt BitThe RipIt Bit is a custom made drill bit used to cut grooves into a TF Forming System wall. Its unique design allows it to channel loose cut poly beads back into the groove and not on you. The RipIt Bit also gives its user a cleaner cut when cutting through plastic studs.

Helix™ FiberHelix fibers are twisted pieces of wire that lock into concrete like a corkscrew into a cork. When mixed into concrete, the Helix fibers will increase durability, shear strength, bending strength, ductability and crack resistance. Helix will not affect the compressive strength of concrete or show signs of rust and corrosion.

Insul-Deck ™Insul-Deck™ is a fast, flexible, and safe method to form a concrete floor or roof. Insul-Deck™ panels form full length concrete T-beam depths from 7” to 12-1/2” which allow spans up to 30ft with standard reinforcement. The panels are made of an expanded polystyrene material which provides excellent insulating properties.

Form-A-Drain™Form-A-Drain is a one-time use concrete form system for creating footings. Form-A-Drain is not only a footing form but also acts as the foundations drainage system. It has a greater water intake capacity than traditional drain pipe. Form-A-Drain can also be easily adapted to a radon gas venting system.

ReechCraft™ ProSystem ScaffoldICF wall bracing system- provides support for builders at the required heights necessary to construct and fill the ICF form wall cavity with concrete. It also braces the wall until it has cured and provides the means to plumb and align the wall before concrete sets. This system allows the contractor to build ICF walls fast and straight, while ensuring a safe work environment.

GRK™ ScrewsGRK Cabinet Screws work great for attaching siding to our plastic studs. Smooth shank on each screw allows the vinyl siding being installed to continue to move freely. GRK screws are also coated with Climatek™ corrosion protection.

TF Forming Systems recommends using the GND6000 Grippers with any of their wall systems. The FiberDowel is a high-strength and durable 5/16” dia. fiberglass rod used in conjunction with the SuperTie Grippers

Rasps4” UGZ II EverRasp™ - Used to shave off and trim EPS poly beads to create a smooth and flat surface. Perfect for flattening the top of the wall when footings are imperfect. The UGZ II EverRasp has evenly distributed uniform pieces of copper electro-plated tungsten grit, which lasts up to 100 times longer than paper.

ICF Ledger ConnectorsThe ICF Ledger Connector System is used to mount wood or steel ledgers to ICF wall systems. W-ICFVL - a 14 gauge galvanized steel connector designed to provide both vertical and lateral support. An exposed steel face on the connector provides a structural surface for mounting a wood or steel ledger.
