Shanghai Hanbell Precise Machinery Co., Ltd. is a company which specializes in the manufacture of screw air compressors, centrifugal refrigeration compressors and screw type compressors for air conditioning and refrigeration.

Each Air End manufactured at the Hanbell plant is tested using a combination of precision tools according to Hanbell’s stringent quality standards, obtaining hundreds of analyzed related data ensuring Air End’s perfect performance.

Hanbell’s most modern plant is equipped with state-of-the-art automated storage, retrieval system, automatic guided vehicle, and testing laboratories.

Acoustic Enclosure ensures Low Operating Noise that drastically reduces noisy enviroments. The stylish compact design fea``tures a small footprint that saves valuable workspace. This makes Hanbell ideal for space costrained.

Third Generation Alpha Asymmetric 5 to 6 patented profile air end is designed to operate at low tip speed, high volumetric efficiency and reduced vibration. With this advanced technology the output pressure reaches upto 1.6 MPa.

Hanbell compressors and their components are put through strict quality and performance tests prior to delivery. The critical and crucial components of rotors and casings are measured by 3D co-ordinate measuring machines to ensure the precision and accuracy.

Advanced 32 bit“HANCON 2007” micro computer controller, equipped with pressure transcuder and temperature sensor, offers alarm and maintenance messages for extra protection. It is also equipped with multiple master/slave interlock control supporting Mod Bus.

HANBELL has a rigid design structure for mounting Air End and other components, resulting in vibrationless working and low operating noise. Additionally, it does not require any additional civil foundation and can be commissioned keeping on a leveled floor.

Hanbell air compressors come with advanced micro controller that provides total protection. It is also equipped with auto error trip / alarm indicator. It ensures simple and reliable monitoring by displaying the status of the machine for maintenace and history of the faults occured.

Patented rotor profile provides excellent compression efficien-cy. Heavy duty bearings ensures high reliability. Hanbell state-of-the-art screw technology always sets the pace in this field.

Use of fin shaped structure and combination of oil cooler and after cooler results in compact size, higher efficiency in heat exchange, better strength. The special design in fan’s angle also leads to higher efficiency and lower noise. It has excellent heat dissipation that lowers the running temperature and air supply temperature.

Hanbell compressors are provided with rigid tubes of seamless steel which protects it from leakages and faliures for a long trouble free working. Ensures zero leakage and minimal maintenance.

Belt tension can be adjusted automatically by motor’s own dead weight and balancing. This design can save time spent in shutdown and labour unlike the traditional methods used for replacement of belt.
