PAVE TECH introduced the Geo-Grid Wrap Method in 1997 to address securing the edging to the base without the use of spikes. Sections of the Geo-Grid are laid on top of the base (under the edging, bedding, and pavers), then wrapped around PAVE EDGE Industrial, Rigid, or Flexible and brought back under the pavement. This eliminates the need for labor-intensive and time consuming attachment of Geo-Grid to the edge restraint. The Geo-Grid interlocks with the base, bedding, and pavers to integrate with the pavement system.

High production for slabs, clay pavers, and planks- we introduce the SurfaceSAVER Roller Compactor with 3 rollers instead of a plate. It is lighter weight, yet has higher compaction force than the competitor.

Leading slab manufacturers recommend roller compactors to avoid damage. The process is a gentle compression of slabs/pavers into the bedding course. Rollers dampen compaction amplitude and consolidate bedding sand or chip through higher frequency vibration. This prevents the slabs from shifting and edges from chipping. The pavement is also protected from scratches caused by scraping joint sand across the surface.

SandLOCK is for flexible and semi-rigid pavement systems. An excellent choice for concrete, clay brick, or natural stone pavements that won't stain. When activated with water, it forms a natural rubberized 'glue' that binds the joint sand while remaining flexible and accommodates thermal movement. It reduces sand loss due to wind, traffic, or thermal movement. SandLOCK does not dilute like water based chemical sealers or break down from UV light. SandLOCK ADDITIVE can be mixed with joint sand on the job site for an easy application.
