NJROTC Leadership Academy – Newport, RI in July Battalion Commander C/LC Petashvili, Ceremonial Commander C/E Taylor and an NS3 C/PO3 Moon graduated with silver aiguillettes ; Cadet Petashvili’s Green Platoon was Honor Platoon
