PURPOSE OF THIS DOCUMENT

This user guide is intended to be used with websites such as:

This guide is to assist Client Editors when updating Listings and Feedback.

All Client Editors should read this document in full before making any changes, and then refer to it when making amendments.

When feedback is left on the site you will receive an email that looks similar to the below:

Click on the second link on the email which will open the pending comments page in your browser

Click on the title of the feedback/comment to view it

Ensure you’re logged into the site

Go to http://mostreferredaccountant.co.uk/

TMR Client Editor GuideView Feedback and Error: Reference source not found as necessary (instructions above) to ensure correct spelling, details etc. and to ensure feedback is relevant and appropriate i.e. for the correct business, no vulgarity etc.

Feedback will not be seen on the site until Published

Click Publish next to the relevant comment/feedback

UN-PUBLISH FEEDBACK

Ensure you’re logged into the site

Click Unpublish next to the relevant comment/feedback

Click on Listings

Click on the title of the listing you wish to view

Title The title of the listing e.g. Company Ltd.

Click to search your PC for the image file you’d like to use. This should be a .jpg, .jpeg, .png or .gif file The file must be no larger than 8MB

Click to upload your selected file

About Us Write a brief description of the business. Include the business name,

location, and services provided for SEO purposes It is recommended that the text be written up in Word first and then

copied across. This ensures that you have a copy for your records too.

o To paste from word, select and copy the required text then click on the ‘Paste From Word’ icon and use Ctrl + V (Cmd + R for a Mac) to paste in the content

Location Fill in business address details If the business has multiple addresses, use that of Head Office

Phone, Email and Website Enter details as appropriate When entering website address don’t include http://www. E.g.

http://mostreferredaccountant.co.uk would be entered as mostreferredaccountant.co.uk.

If the details are not available enter ‘not specified’

Enter number of staff employed by the business Number of Qualified (Accountants/Advisors)

Enter number of Qualified ……. Business to private ratio

Select appropriate ratio of business and private clients Services Provided

Select all services provided by the business Other services

Enter any other services that are provided by the business, but are not included in the list above

Click to preview the listing
