Training Overview Checklist for Process Problem Solving LDE’s
This training checklist is to be utilized in training Process Problem Solving LDE’s. Each item needs to be covered by the support personnel listed. As the trainee completes an item, the trainee (T) initials and dates the item. The Lean Manager/Coordinator (LMC) and Plant Manager (PM) initial to indicate the training is completed.
When a section is completed the Trainee, the Lean Manager/Coordinator, and the plant manager initial that the section is complete and the trainee has attained the designated level of certification.
