Process Mapping Overview

• Process Mapping provides an opportunity to:– See all process steps– Understand who is doing what in the process– See who and what connect to each other– Target opportunities for improvement– Get a “whole picture” or “systems view” of what is taking

place so the group can better “improve” the process.• It is not complicated,• It is “visual” and allows groups to understand together.
