Course overviewHave you ever encountered asituation where a company youworked for had faced very seriousquality issues with the servicesprovided and you could not tellwhere the root cause of the problemwas? Moreover, you knew thateverybody were doing the right thingand all were committed towards thework performed. The customersatisfaction rate was going steadilydown despite the company havingexcellent key performance indicators(KPI).

The goal of this course is to provideparticipants with comprehensivetools and knowledge enabling themto turn-around the company towardsprocess and quality excellence.Based on long and practicalexperiences, we have created aunique solution that combinesaspects of strategic management,process engineering, culturalchange, team management and theperformance metric system.Participants will be inspired to live amore intentional and goal orientatedbusiness life instead of just beingreactive and counter-productive.During the workshop, theparticipants, working in small groups,will learn how to implement thecontent (knowledge & tools)presented by the trainer in their owncompany environment. Methodology

The classes are conducted in aninteractive form. During the workshopwe use various training methods, wepresent cases, provide individual andgroup exercises, work on scenariosand simulations.

Thanks to the presence of experiencedindividuals during classes we showhow these solutions are implemented.

two full-day course costs:

2 200 PLN +23% VAT per person or

520 EUR net per person

The price includes course materials,coffee breaks and a hot lunch. Thepayments should be made before courseon the basis of a pro-forma invoice. Afterthe payment is made, a VAT invoice isissued.

It is possible to organize a special “incompany” training course on client’srequest.
