Put roll slips onto each rapped rolls after weighing on the conveyer

Move the conveyer towards the exit to the packaging hall

Putting the foam sheet ,ply and plastic core plug at both ends of the rolls

Wrap the finished rolls with metallized film and with blue poly and tape

Unload the wrap rolls on the wooden seats at electricially operated conveyer

Disengage the re-wind arms and move these arms up with the help of hydraulic power

Setting of re-wind arms and knives at respective blade holders
