FlowTherm Process Cooling Water Systems provide cooling for large volume manufacturing and also cooling for high precision research and development processes (from 10gpm to over 6000gpm). Applications for FlowTherm Process Cooling Water Systems include semiconductors, optics, photovoltaics, industrial and manufacturing facilities.

FlowTherm Process Cooling Water Systems Options & Data:

Systems are available for pumping of revers-osmosis and deionized wa-ter from 1-20 megohm.

Filtration down to 5 microns with dual cartridge filters.

Purification systems available utilizing UV sterilization technology.

Pumps and heat exchangers are available in 316L stainless steel.

Piping systems are available in 316L stainless steel or CPVC.

Fully integrated controls are available including VFD’s, digital control-lers, and PLC’s with integration capabilities to the building management system (BMS) and SCADA systems.

All systems are UL listed and fully tested at our manufacturing facility.
