Procedure to Apply Fresh Learner’s License

1. Please check the radio button “I don’t have any License” in case of you don’t have any License. Click Submit Button

2. Select Chandigarh as a state and fill all the details required in this form. Click Submit Button.

3. A Sample filled form is given below

4. After clicking submit button an acknowledgment will be generated as shown below

5. Take the printout of the form (Take more than one copy)

6. After taking the printout press next button. Please check the radio button “upload documents” and then click on next button

7. A screen appear showing all your details . If it is correct click on OK Button

8. Upload your documents

9. After all documents uploaded successfully this screen will appear. Press next

10. Now your application is submitted successfully. Please visit RLA with the acknowledgement and fess for scrutiny.
