Procedure of Application for Academic Transcript Obtaining the Application for Academic Transcript Form Applicant may obtain the form from the counter of Department / Division of Examinations and Credit Accumulation or download the form from TAR UC website: www.tarc.edu.my Submission, Charges and Modes of Payment a) Applicant is required to bring along the completed Application for Academic Transcript Form and make payment at Bursary Counter of KL Main Campus or Administration Office of respective Branch. Academic transcript fee of RM10.00 per copy is charged for the application. Payment of fee at Bursary Counter or Administration Office shall be made by cash, Public Bank debit / credit card or Banker’s cheque payable to ‘KOLEJ UNIVERSITI TUNKU ABDUL RAHMAN’. Applicant shall submit the form with payment receipt to the Department / Division of Examinations and Credit Accumulation during counter service operating hours: Monday to Friday (8.30 am – 5.30 pm), closed on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday b) Applicant may opt to mail his or her completed Application for Academic Transcript Form and Banker’s cheque or postal order to the following address for processing: Department of Examinations and Credit Accumulation Kolej Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman Jalan Genting Kelang, Setapak, 53300 Kuala Lumpur Processing Time Academic transcript shall be available five (5) working days upon received the application with payment. For applicant graduated in or prior to 2001, longer processing time may be needed. Modes of Collection a) Applicant shall present his or her identification card (for Malaysian) or passport (for non-Malaysian) for collection of Academic transcript at the counter of Department / Division of Examinations and Credit Accumulation during operating hours. b) If the applicant is unable to collect the Academic Transcript in person, he or she may arrange for collection by proxy. The representative must bring along a copy of applicant’s NRIC and his or her NRIC together with an authorisation letter signed by the applicant The UC will not be liable for damage to or loss of any Academic Transcript collected by proxy. c) Applicant may request for postal service of Academic Transcript and the UC bears no responsibility for any loss or damage of the Academic Transcript during postal delivery. Applicant shall bear the postage charges (except normal postal service) such as registered mail, courier service and etc. Applicant shall take note that additional mailing time may be needed. Eligibility a) All TARC / TAR UC Alumni and students are eligible to apply for Academic Transcript, except applicant on suspension of study or withdrawn status (WF or WM) due to arrears of fees. b) Applicant who is denoted WF or WM status may be permitted to apply for Academic Transcript with condition. Applicant with WF or WM status is required to pay Administration fee of RM200 and to return any outstanding reference book to Library. Processing time may be longer and subject to the UC’s requirement.

Procedure of Application for Academic Transcript

Obtaining the Application for Academic Transcript Form

Applicant may obtain the form from the counter of Department / Division of Examinations and Credit Accumulation or download the form from TAR UC website: www.tarc.edu.my
