Procedure for Complaints 3 Complaints Procedure for Complaints in Regards to ESEA (9304) (a)(3)(C) Procedure for reviewing and resolving complaints alleging violations of the law in administering any of the programs under NCLB. 1. Verbal or written complaints can be given to the Superintendent of the district or the NCLB Federal Programs director. 2. If the complaint is given to the Superintendent the Superintendent will investigate the complaint. 3. if the complaint is given to the Federal Programs Director the Director will investigate the complaint. 4. If the complaint is not resolved at the district level the complainant will be given the contact information of the State's NCLB/Title I Administrator. The district will contact the state department to provided the state information about the complaint as presented to them and the ensuing investigation.
