The TESASTAR probing system line represents the latest evolution in probing technology for coordinate measuring. It is a broad array of standard equip-ment precisely designed and built to achieve fast and accurate measure-ment.

TESASTAR Probe HeadArticulated probe head which can be manually rotated to an infinite number of non repeatable angular positions. The built-in compact touch-trigger probe features a user adjustable trigger force. It is the ideal tool for small CMMs.Part No.TESASTAR (D5P - Ø 9.5 mm) 03939020

TESASTAR-i Probe HeadTESASTAR-i features repeatable indexing coupled with a high precision integrated touch trigger probe. The indexing capability in 15° increments in both axes allows the stylus to swivel through 168 positions without the need for recalibration. TESASTAR-i M8 Probe HeadThe TESASTAR-i M8 probe head has the same capabilities as the TESASTAR-i standard model except that the probe is not built in.It uses a M8 threaded connection which allows to mount touchtrigger probes/extensions with M8 thread. TESASTAR-mp Probe

TESASTAR-mp consists of two parts: the sensor body and the stylus holding module. The sensor body can be fitted to any probe head featuring a M8 connection. The stylus holding modules can be quickly changed in manual or automatic mode without the need for requalification through a highly accurate and repeatable magnetic isostatic clamping system. LSP-X1s, LSP-X1m Probe Heads

LSP-X1 is a high accuracy 3D scanning probe head that can rapidly and automatically collect thousands of data points for the complete and precise evaluation of all part features, including form, location and size. This sensor uses the same technology as the other probe heads of the LSP series (X3-X5). It supports both Single Point Probing and Continuous Scanning. Also available is the Self-Centering mode, which is parti-cularly useful for measuring gears. LSP-X1 is available in two different versions: LSP-X1s and LSP-X1m, each characterized by different styli length. The TESASTAR Kinematic Joint allows changing the probe head on the TESASTAR-r automatic probe changer. LSP-X1c Probe Head

LSP-X1c is the fixed version from the LSP-X1 family, directly mounted into the quill, it can cary star and cranked stylus and is especially addressed to the inspection of small precision parts like gears. Probe extensions up to 115 mm length in vertical orientation and 50 mm in horizontal orientation are possible. Its small outer diameter allows measurements deep inside a work piece. The LSP-X1c supports all standard probing modes like Single Point Probing, Self-Centering as well as Continuous High-Speed-Scanning for fast and accurate form and profile measurements. The LSP-X1c provides simultaneous and unclamped probing in all axes, always orthogonal to the contact surface.

CMM-Ve Sensor

CMM-Ve cameras are designed to be a general purpose image analysis tool for enhancing the measu-rement capabilities of a CMM. It provides oblique overhead illumination of the feature being inspected.CMM-Ve cameras are very versatile and have many potential applications for the CMM user. Due to their general-purpose nature CMM-Ve cameras are provided with a fixed magnification and are intended for taking data points in a static condition. The CMM-Ve contains a customisable illumination system, which makes it a self contained measuring system, suitable for a wide range of applications.
