General Group Policies

Each group amenity may only be selected once per Group Sales Agreement.

Group amenities selected may not be exchanged for different amenities without prior approval 120 or more days prior to sailing.

The Tour Conductor policy is as follows:1 for 15 (16th berth free) for cruises up to 16 days in length.1 for 11 (12th berth free) for cruises 17 days or longer.

The value of a Tour Conductor is based on the net cruise-only fare of a Category C2 stateroom on Regatta, Insignia and Nauticaand a Category B3 stateroom on Marina or Riviera. (maximum 4 TCs per group)

Group stateroom allocations are limited, particularly in lower categories, and are offered in most but not all categories.

Group bookings may be made in categories other than those in the groups allotment, subject to group allocation limits andprovided that the group is still active.

Group space reviews are conducted periodically. Oceania Cruises reserves the right to recall up to 100% of unsold space atany time.

Group rates below those that appear on your Group Sales Agreement may not be advertised. However, you are permitted toadvertise your group amenities such as shipboard credits and pre-paid gratuities.

Proof of promotion may be required by your Regional Sales Manager. It is highly recommended that you begin promoting yourgroup as soon as possible to ensure the best availability for your clients.

FIT bookings made prior to the issuance of a Group Sales Agreement may not be eligible for group amenities.

Special rates available for an escort stateroom and an escorts guest exclude government fees & taxes and NCFs, which areadditional. These amenities require a minimum of five staterooms sold at the group rates, which means that a sixth stateroom isrequired to accommodate the escort. This stateroom must be included in the groups confirmed allotment. Special rate for escortsguest does not apply to OS, VS or OC accommodations.

ForexclusiveuseoftheBonApptitCulinaryCenter,agroupmusthaveaminimumofeightsoldstaterooms,andthevenuecan accommodate a maximum of 24 guests. A travel agency may reserve the culinary center for their group via payment or byredeeming amenity points. Complete conditions regarding use of this venue by groups are available from the Group Department.

ForexclusiveuseofLaReservebyWineSpectator,agroupmusthaveaminimumof10soldstaterooms,andthevenuecanaccommodate a maximum of 24 guests. A travel agency may reserve this room for their group via payment or by redeemingamenity points. Complete conditions regarding use of this venue by groups are available from the Group Department.
