Austrias, Plaza Mayor, Retiro Park, The Borbones Area. Here we will see the Royal Palace,Prado Museum, Cibeles fountain, Puerta de Alcalá and Isabel's. We will also visit some of the finest districts; Salamanca,Castellana and Ciudad Universitaria, Las Ventas Bull Ring and Santiago Bernabeu Stadium. In the afternoon we willproceed to Seville. Day 3 Seville – Granada

Breakfast at Hotel. Here we will go on a Half Day Guided City Tour of Seville. Learn about Seville's 1920 Architectureand visit Plaza de Espana and the Cathedral, which is the third largest temple in the world. We will continue our tour byvisiting the Orange Tree Courtyard and the Giralda Tower which is the symbol of Seville. We will go from the Cathedral tothe Golden Tower where we will visit the City's Nautical History Exhibition. Day 4 Granada – Cordoba

Breakfast at Hotel. Experience a Full Day Guided City Tour of Granada. In this city, the Eurasian, Iberian, Phonetician,Roman, Arab and Christian cultures have left their imprint, making it one of the wonders of the world. It was Spain's lastIslamic Kingdom inhabited jointly by Muslims, Jews and Christians. The Alhambra is the main jewel of this beautiful city.Visit the Royal Palace, Alcazaba and the surrounding Palaces, gardens, patios and Towers. An outstanding feature arethe Gardens of Generalife (Entrance Included), which was the summer residence for the King. It is a combination ofwater springs, gardens and architecture of indescribable beauty. No surprise, it is considered one of the most beautifulgardens in the world. Day 5 Cordoba – Madrid

Breakfast at Hotel. Embark on a Full Day Guided City Tour of Cordoba. We depart from Seville for the one and a halfhour drive to Cordoba. When arriving in Cordoba, walk along the wonderful gardens of the Alcazar of the Christian Kings,where we will also see the mosaics that decorate the rooms. We will then visit the Mosque, once the crowning symbol ofthe Caliphate and now a Cathedral. Continue with a walk through the Jewish quarter, the Old Market (now the handicraftmarket) and the Old Synagogue. Afterwards there will be free time for shopping. Later proceed to Madrid. The Abbey has seen all 38 coronations since that of William the Conqueror on Christmas Day 1066, as wellas the funerals of Diana Princess of Wales and the Queen Mother. If a religious service prevents us from visiting insidethe Abbey we will visit the Cloisters and Chapter House. These include the Treasure House of the Catholic faith with vastcollections of ancient and Renaissance Art, gathered by Popes over the ages. This itinerary allows you to discoverthe origins of Florence and the reasons that made her the birthplace of the Renaissance. The tour which lasts about 2hours, is dedicated to all those who wish to learn more about the facts and secrets of over 2,000 years of FlorentineHistory. Visit the City of Dante, and view the magnificent works and Art from artists such as Leonardo Da Vinci,Michelangelo, and other important figures. We leave Piazza della Repubblica where we discuss the City's Romanorigins, then walk towards Palazzo Davanzati where we shall take an inside tour. In the afternoon we will go on the second leg of our tour which is packed with geological intrigue andhistoric legacy featuring National Park Þingvellir; Gullfoss waterfall and Geysir hot spring area.This tour of the GoldenCircle gives you the opportunity to visit Thingvellir National Park , where the Icelandic parliament Alþingi was establishedin the year 930 AD. Breakfast at Hotel. Today we will take a Full Day Eqi Sermia Tour by Boat. Only few places in Greenland are as beautifulas the Eqi Glacier, which ends in the fiord 80 kilometres north of Ilulissat. It is possible by boat to get very close to theglacier and experience huge pieces of ice breaking off. The sounds are enormous and the sight of the icebergs, crashinginto the water, is breathtaking.We sail in modern and convenient boats at the excursion to Eqi. The route goes northalong the coast passing Bredebugt, the settlement of Oqaatsut and the big fiord system called Pakitsoq, where whalesand seals often are seen. Further on through the Ataa Strait, which is surrounded by steepmountains with bird life andwaterfalls. Our ice secured boats lie approximately 2 hours in front of the glacier and wait for the ice to calve, while adelicious lunch is served. The townis the third largest settlement in Greenland and its proximity to the twenty-five mile long ice fjord and Jakobshavn IsbraeGlacier have made it the island’s major tourist center. Our walking tour will focus on the geology of the glacier and thehistory of the town. We’ll visit the old town, the fishing harbor and the original buildings from the first Dutch trading stationon the island. The afternoon is free to explore the island on your own. Tonight we’ll embark on Evening/Midnight SunCruise sailing among the icebergs (Cruise Included). The midnight/evening sun gives the icebergs a unique play ofcolours that people return to experience again and again. Sailing during the night with the sun still shining is a fantasticand unusual experience. Almost every visitor in Ilulissat chooses to try this boat trip among the icebergs at least once.During the year, more than 46 km of ice flows into the fiord. The result is gigantic icebergs, which can be more than 100metres on each side and with a height on more than 100 metres above the water surface. These giants strand at the endof the fiord, and that gives a good opportunity to sail among them. Auschwitz-Birkenau is the most well known Cemetery in the world and place of genocide. Started in1940 as a concentration camp for Polish political prisoners it became the center. for extermination of European Jews in1942. From 1940-45 the Nazis killed about 1.5 million people there, mainly Jews as well as Polish, Gypsies, RussianPOW's and members of other nationalities. Your tour begins with a 15 minute black and white documentary filmscreening aboard the bus about the liberation of the camp. Following that, a museum guide will show you the exhibitionsin some of the surviving prison blocks, the gas chamber and the crematorium. After a short break, the tour continues toBirkenau, where you go up to the watchtower above the entrance gate to see the view of the biggest Nazi ConcentrationCamp. A Martyrdom Museum was set up here in 1947 and in 1979. UNESCO included Auschwitz-Birkenau in its list ofWorld Heritage sites. In the afternoon, we will have a Tour of Wieliczka Salt Mine. Legend has it that the salt mines inWieliczka were part of the dowry of the Hungarian Princess Kinga, when she wed Boleslaw the Shy over 700 years ago.Meaning the Wieliczka Salt Mine is one of the oldest in all of Europe. Over the centuries, devout and superstitious minershave carved fabulous figures, monuments and altarpieces out of its salt walls. These amazing works of art, in addition tothe mine's historical importance, have earned the Wieliczka Salt Mine a place on the UNESCO World Cultural Heritagelist. Your route through the mine leads you through galleries and chambers on three levels, from 64 to 135 meters belowthe ground, including the unique and richly ornamented Chapel of the Blessed Kinga. The guided walk through WieliczkaSalt Mine consists of 20 monumental chambers joined by 1.5 miles (2.5 kilometers) of pathways and an underground saltmining exhibition called Museum Zup Krakowskich located on Level 3. Visitors entering the Wieliczka Salt Mine descenda 380-step staircase to Level 1 (64 meters below ground level). This walk is not strenuous and can be undertaken inordinary footwear, however we ask you consider the walk and 380-step staircase when booking this tour. Day 1 Amsterdam

Day 2 Amsterdam – Cologne

Breakfast at Hotel. Today, proceed for a Guided Panoramic City Sightseeing Tour of Amsterdam. On thisextensive bus excursion, we will show you the whole variety of impressions Amsterdam offers. From the monuments inthe center., you will be led to life in the latest quarters, designed for the future, with a blink to the past. An area of modernarchitecture and a captivating Windmill makes a wonderful picture opportunity. Also the diamond factory we will visitcommemorates Amsterdam's wealthy past. Day 3 Cologne – Heidelberg

Breakfast at Hotel. This morning we will depart to Heidelberg but first we will take a Rhine Cruise from Boppard toSt.Goar (Cruise Included). Breakfast at Hotel. Today we proceed to Innsbruck. Here we will experience a Guided Panoramic Tour of Innsbruck.Innsbruck, the capital of Tyrol is one of the most visited sights in Europe. You will have the chance to visit The GoldenRoof, The Imperial Palace, The Ambras Castle and The Hungerburg. Later we will take a drive on scenic roads throughthe Alps from Salzburg to Innsbruck. Here you can experience the historical sights and Austrian Culture in the CrystalWorld by Swarovski. Certainly you will have time to try some of the Tyrolean Specialties of the area. Day 5 Innsbruck – Venice

Breakfast at Hotel. This morning proceed to Venice. This drive will be breathtaking as you see the view of the Alps enroute. Check into Hotel. Dinner at Restaurant. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 6 Venice

Breakfast at Hotel. Proceed to Venice Island by boat where you will take a Panoramic Walking Guided Tour of Venice.This interesting tour is centered around the history of St. Mark's Square and its main monuments. We will be visiting theSt. Mark's Basilica with its marble and mosaics, and the Ducal Palace where the old Republic of Venice exercised theirpolitical and commercial powers in the Doge Palace. The rest of the afternoon you are free to explore this romanticIsland. You are free at your leisure to explore Venice. At around 5pm you will take your boat back to the mainland whereyou will meet your driver and proceed for dinner at restaurant. Dinner at Restaurant. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 7 Venice – Pisa – Rome

Breakfast at Hotel. Today check out of the Hotel and proceed to Rome. Our first en route stop will be Pisa where you willvisit The Leaning Tower of Pisa. Then continue to Rome. On arrival in Rome we will check into the Hotel. Dinner atRestaurant. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 8 Rome

Breakfast at Hotel. Here we proceed for a Guided City Tour of Rome. You will start your tour and then pass byRepublica Square and its Nymph Fountain, constructed by Mario Rutelli. We continue by Veneto Avenue to the Piazza diSpagna, the most famous square in Rome, and the Barcaccia fountain, (built by Bernini). Later on, we visit the Fontanadi Trevi, made by Nicola Salvi, and the Pantheon. An enormous building constructed by the Ancient Romans, admiredand studied by Michelangelo. We end our tour with a visit to Navone Square. A typical Baroque square where CesareDomiciano had built a Stadium in 92 B.C. Nowadays, it is considered as the Square of Artists. This is where the Fontanadei Quattro Fiumi (Fountain of Four Rivers) stands out, which hold an original Egyptian Obelisk built by Bernini in the17th Century. The tour will last for around 3 hours. Rest of the day you are free at your own leisure. Dinner at Restaurant.Overnight at Hotel.


Breakfast at Hotel. We await a transfer to Florence. Arrive in the afternoon and proceed for a Guided Walking City Tourof Florence. This itinerary allows you to discover the origins of Florence and the reasons that made her the birthplace ofthe Renaissance. The tour, which lasts about 2 hours, is dedicated to all those who wish to learn more about the factsand secrets of over 2,000 years of Florentine History. This includes the City of Dante, Leonardo Da Vinci, Michelangelo,and other important figures. We leave from Piazza della Repubblica where we discuss the City's Roman origins and thenwalk towards nearby Palazzo Davanzati where we will experience an inside tour. Afterward we amble through some ofthe less crowded streets towards Ponte Vecchio and finally enter Piazza Signoria through the Uffizi Courtyard. From thismain Piazza and Civic Centre our tour takes us past the Oratory of the Bonomini next to the house of Dante until wereach the city's religious centre. Later check into Hotel. Dinner at Restaurant. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 10 Florence – Milan

Breakfast at Hotel. We will proceed to Milan today. On arrival you have a choice of either doing the Orientation Tour ofMilan or visit a Retail Outlet in Milan. If you are doing the city tour then you will visit the Duomo and then later checkinto the Hotel. Dinner at Restaurant. Overnight at hotel.

Breakfast at Hotel. Later proceed to Switzerland via Lake Como where we will do a short stop just to enjoy this City.Then we continue to Zurich. Dinner at Restaurant. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 12 Zurich – Mt Titlis – Lucerne - Zurich

Breakfast at Hotel. This morning proceed to Engleberg where you will take the Mt Titlis Tour. An adventure excursion tothe highest vantage point in Central Switzerland. A pleasant ride with our deluxe motor coach takes you to the mountainresort of Engelberg in Central Switzerland, where you will board the aerial cable way for a 45 minute journey from thegreen valley bottom to the high alpine glacier region at 3020 m/10000 ft which guarantees snow the whole year round.Enjoy a magnificent ride in the world's first ever revolving 'ROTAIR' gondola, which offers a 360° panoramic view into theAlps. Later in the afternoon we return to Lucerne. Following this will be an Orientation Tour of Lucerne where you willsee the Lion Monument and then Chapel Bridge. Dinner at Restaurant. You will experience London's main attractions like Trafalgar Square with the statue of LordNelson, Pall Mall and much more. We will make a photo stop at Westminster Abbey. A magnificent Gothic building thathas been the site of every coronation since 1066 and is also the final resting place of many Kings and Queens ofEngland, as well as famous people including Sir Laurence Olivier, Charles Dickens and Sir Isaac Newton. Later weproceed to Buckingham Palace and the Changing of the Guard (if held). What's Included in Tour Price

Hotel Accommodation: Prices per personBreakfast will be Buffet in some hotels or table service in some hotels. .

All airport or train station or port transfers in every city will be on Private Basis.

All included train travel will be in Standard Class and air travel will be in Economy Class normally on Budget Carriers. ForAir travel on Budget Carriers only 1 Piece of checked in baggage of 15kg will be permitted on your flights. AdditionalBaggage or additional weight will be charged at the airport. Cruise will be based on Inside or Outside Cabins (2 to aCabin) as mentioned in the program.

All Sightseeing tours are on Private Basis with English Speaking Guide for Private Lucury Tours. Vehicle and Driver areavailable for use from 0900hrs to 2000hrs daily.

When booking triple rooms please note that the third bed is based on sharing the existing bedding (two beds) in a twin-bedded standard room or maybe a "roll-away" bed. Availability of triple rooms is limited. Substitute hotels may be used atcertain times and will be of similar standard whenever possible. What's Not Included in the Tour Price

Air fares to and from Europe, airport taxes, passport and visa fees, insurance, laundry, phone calls, beverages, mealsnot detailed in the itinerary, tips to motor-coach drivers and local city guides, items of a personal nature, excess baggage,optional excursions.

In most European Cities hotels charge a City Tax which ranges between Euro 1.50 to Euro 5 per person per nightand this must be paid by the clients directly at the hotels.

Reservations and Payments

All reservations are to be booked in advance. In case any reservation is booked less than 30 days in advancethere could be a surcharge on our printed rates.

All reservations once confirmed must be paid a deposit of 25% of the total tour fare within 3 days ofreservations if booked earlier than 45 days prior to arrival date.

Balance payment for the tour must be paid at least 45 days in prior to arrival date. In the event full payment isnot received 45 days prior arrival we reserve the right to charge a surcharge for additional train or airfares if anyin the reservations.

If reservations are done less than 30 days in advance than once reservations is confirmed we require full payment within3 days of reservations. We reserve the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation charges should paymentsnot be received within the above specified periods.Any special meal requirements will be made on a REQUEST basis only. We cannot GUARANTEE special meal requestsnor will it assume any responsibility or liability if passengers' special meal requests are not fulfilled.

Travel Documents

Travel documents, including any air tickets and instructions for joining your tour in Europe will be sent to youapproximately 7 days prior to tour departure provided full payment has been received. If you're leaving home earlier, askyour Travel Agent to request travel documents in good time.

Cancellations, Refunds and Booking Changes

Notice of cancellation must be made in writing either by email or fax directly to us. A fee of Euro 50 per person will becharged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed unless the change increasesthe value of the booking. A change of tour date or tour itinerary within 21 days of tour departure will be treated as acancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply except when the change is to an earlier tour departure of equivalentor greater value in which case a Euro 30 per person amendment fee will be charged. The following scale of charges willapply when notice of cancellation is given after the booking is confirmed.

General Information and Conditions

Tour Prices: Are based on costs and exchange rates as at 8th August 2016. Should these costs change, a surchargemay be made on the price of your tour. No surcharges in respect of cost or currency fluctuations will be made oncepayment for the deposit of your tour is received. This guarantee excludes fuel surcharges and does not apply to anytaxes, charges or levies imposed by any government or their agencies. In exchange for these guarantees, no refund willbe made if costs are reduced.

Itinerary Variations

ETM Global Limited in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary, we reservethe right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. Tour Cancellation: ETM Global Limited reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance withoperating requirements or circumstances beyond its control.ETM Global Limited is not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.

Responsibility

ETM Global Limited referred to as the Operators, are the agents for ETM Global Limited we have empowered theOperators on its behalf to undertake the following duties:

The Operators shall be responsible to the passenger for supplying the services and accommodations described in thisprogram, except where such services cannot be supplied or the itinerary used is changed due to delays or other causesof whatever kind or nature beyond the control of the Operators. In such circumstances, the Operators will do their best tosupply comparable services, accommodations and itineraries and there shall be no refund in this connection.

This program represents the entire agreement between the passenger and the above mentioned Operators.

In the absence of their own negligence, neither the Operators nor their agents or co-operating organizations shall beresponsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution of equipment or any act or omission whatsoever byair carriers, hotels, transportation companies, or any other persons providing any of the services and accommodations topassengers including any results thereof, such as changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same. Norshall they be liable for injury, illness or death, or for any damages or claims whatsoever arising from loss, negligence ordelay from the act, error, or negligence of any person not their direct employee or under their exclusive control. Allbaggage and personal belongings are at all times at the passenger's own risk. Baggage Insurance is recommended. Thecarriers, hotels and other suppliers who provide services on tour are independent contractors; they are not agents,employees or servants of the Operators or their associated companies. The Operators are not responsible for anycriminal conduct by third parties.

Where the passenger occupies a motor coach seat fitted with a safety belt, neither the Operators nor their agents or co-operating organizations will be liable for any injury, illness or death or for any damages or claims whatsoever arising fromany accident or incident, if the safety belt is not being worn at the time of such accident or incident. Transportationcompanies, airlines etc. are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are noton board planes, transportation or conveyances. The passenger contracts in use by the airlines or transportationcompanies when used shall constitute the sole contract between the airline, transportation company and passenger orpurchaser of this tour and the Operators assume no responsibility in this connection. Enrollment in and payment for atour shall constitute agreement and acceptance by the passenger of the terms and conditions set forth in this programwhich cannot be varied except in writing by an officer of the Company. All matters arising are subject to English law.
