Private Property and Easements When PSE installs power lines on private property, we use easements that give us the long-term ability to access, operate and maintain our facilities. Some of the proposed route segments for this project run within existing PSE easements where we already have rights for our power lines. Other segments will require new easements to locate our facilities on private property. If we have or need an easement on your property, you have our guarantee that we’ll: Work with you in good faith and in an ethical manner Discuss the impacts of our facilities on your property Restore your property as best as we can following construction Compensate you fairly when purchasing rights to use your property
