Conference Overview

The BOI is organising the third edition of Private Equity Conference in Mauritius

on the 12th and 13th of September 2013.

This year, the conference is themed Connecting Global Investors with African

Opportunities and will focus on the growing and unprecedented financing

opportunities that the African continent offers to Private Equity investors as well

as exit routes.

Panel discussions will be held on key sectors attracting investments from

Development Finance Institutions (DFIs) as well as Private Equity funds and focus

will be placed on how and why Mauritius is fast becoming the preferredinvestment, financial and business gateway for Africa.

The conference will equally provide an excellent platform for key African

countries to present existing and forthcoming projects in need of private equity

investments across various sectors.

The conference will see the participation of more than 300 international and local

participants including C-level Executives and Decision takers of large corporate

firms, Private Equity Managers, Fund Managers, Fund Administrators, WealthManagers, Investment Advisors, Partners of International Law firms, as well as
