Introduction
My name is Rima E. Laibow, MD. I am the Medical Director of the Natural Solutions Foundation, the
initiator of www.DrRimaRecommends.com and, along with Ralph Fucetola, JD, host of the livestream
Dr. Rima Truth Reports. In 2004 my husband, Maj. Gen. Albert N. Stubblebine III (US Army, Ret.)
and I founded the Natural Solutions Foundation.
I have practiced medicine and psychiatry for nearly a half a century since my graduation from the
Albert Einstein College of Medicine in 1970. I do not use any form of pharmaceutical drugs or
vaccines in my practice, nor do I use them in my life. Over nearly half a centruy I have learned that
health is served by NOT using drugs and vaccines but that ill-health is CAUSED or worsened by
them. I have also learned that it is much harder to cure a condition (including cancer) that has
been “treated” with pharmaceuticals than the same condition in which they have not been used.
In some ways, although most people have been unaware of long-laid plans to destroy the vast majority
of the human population, the information in this ebook is as old as mammalian life and as new as
tomorrow’s [managed] news.
Mammals in groups often cooperate. Sometimes they compete. Sometimes that competition can be to
the death within groups although fights to the death are more frequent outside of the group.
Man1 kills for passion, resources, genetic and social dominance and, frighteningly, for beliefs. Rarely
have humans created an ideology built on such massive intentional destruction as the Fabian
Socialists/Masons/Illuminati/Overpopulation Mythmakers/UK Labor Party and rarely have they so
carefully, stealthily and with such determination emplaced the pieces of that massive destruction which
we now call ‘Global Governance’, the ‘New World Order’ or a ‘One World Religion’.
Twelve years ago, when Maj. Gen. Albert N. Stubblebine III and I created the Natural Solutions
Foundation it was clear that the rights of each of us to self-determination in every aspect of our lives
were under consistent, persistent, well-orchestrated attack. As we sought to understand this persistent,
insistent and insane attack, it became clear that it was not just mediated by
pharmaceutical/agricultural/biotech profit-seeking. We came to understand, reluctantly and with real
dismay and horror, that the end goal was population enslavement bolstered by a huge genocide to
reduce that population drastically solely for the purposes of the would-be controllers.

The revelation and reality were so shocking, and so crucial, that General Bert and I decided to close
our New York State practice of drug-free medicine in order to create – and devote ourselves to - an
organization that could fight effectively to reverse that trend and enlighten enough people to take
targeted action to reverse this course to slavery and mass murder.
At that time, using the word “genocide” about things to come (rather than those in the past)
automatically branded you as part of the lunatic fringe. Global conspiracy discussions cemented your
diagnosis as a lunatic regardless of whether you were right or not. We persisted in truth telling,
regardless of the negative labels and fierce, well-orchestrated smears and attacks.
What is crazy, though, is not the use of “The G Word”, but the reality, now widely understood, of that
agenda and the implacable and nearly unthinkably brutal realities that lie ahead for us all if we do
nothing to stop it.
There is a linked, and horrifyingly effective, circle of control, a cartel that has captured virtually every
major industrial sector to bring it in line with these aims and use its unique characteristics for that
purpose.
The principle industries of death are:
Medicine/pharmaceutical drugs/vaccines
Industrial food (GMOs, agrochemicals/fertilizers/preservatives/sweeteners and other food
chemicals)
War
Power generation (nuclear and fossil fuels)
Communication (micro-wave technologies, information control and surveillance)
These sectors are, at base, one enormous cartel, one industry and the deep level controllers have, in
fact, one common driving force propelling them which goes well beyond money (the obvious driver):
the creation of a master minority (the “neo-aristocrats”, as they like to style themselves) and a slave
majority (serfs and technicians).
The masters of industry and of history2 claim that they are the “enlightened” or “illuminated ones” and
have long held to the idea that they can, should and, in their demented reasoning, must, control the
world to their benefit.3
Of course, the total population is intended to be just a tiny fraction, less than 1/10, of the current
population. They will be compressed into just 1% of the planet’s surface and will live in tiny
habitations without significant personal property or options such as cars, choice or personal freedom.

To eliminate us, who are the, to the would-be masters, unnecessary, irrelevant and burdensome
“Useless Eaters”, multiple strategies are needed to get rid of billions of people in a meaningful time
frame, through decreased longevity and fertility as well as increased chronic and acute disease.

Vaccines, for example, which have been an intentional infertility vehicle and tool since at least the mid
1972 when the WHO (World Health Organization) was officially tasked with finding infertility
vaccines.5,6 and discovered that by lacing tetanus vaccines with a human hormone necessary to carry a
baby to term (HCG or Human Chorionic Gonadatrophin), a woman or girl receiving this by injection
in the presence of strong immune irritants (i.e., adjuvants like aluminum or squalene7) would develop
antibodies to the very hormone that she would produce when pregnant, forcing her body to destroy her
own pregnancies – all of them - for the rest of her life.8
J. A. Miller looked at what WHO called their “Special Program” in human reproduction in 1972:
“The WHO began its “Special Programme” in human reproduction in 1972, and by 1993 had spent more than
$356 million on “reproductive health” research. It is this “Programme” which has pioneered the development
of the abortifacient vaccine. Over $90 million of this Programme’s funds were contributed by Sweden; Great
Britain donated more than $52 million, while Norway, Denmark and Germany kicked in for $41 million, $27
million, and $12 million, respectively. The U.S., thanks to the cut-off of such funding during the Reagan-Bush
administrations, has contributed “only” $5.7 million, including a new payment in 1993 by the Clinton
administration of $2.5 million. Other major contributors to the WHO Programme include UNFPA, $61 million;
the World Bank, $15.5 million; the Rockefeller Foundation, $2.5 million; the Ford Foundation, over $1 million;
and the IDRC (International Research and Development Centre of Canada), $716.5 thousand.” 9
The Tetanus vaccine was selected and served as a good vehicle for this purpose for decades while the
more recent HPV vaccine, which, according to the American College of Pediatricians can cause
Premature Ovarian Failure (POF)10

offers another depopulation tool.
Tetanus vaccines, like others, contain a witches’ brew of ingredients designed to make them highly
irritating to the immune systems, which is necessary if the immune-mediated infertility is to be relied
upon.12

In countries slated for depopulation, the vaccination programs make even less scientific sense than
they do otherwise (but may make a lot “sense” to depopulationists). In those countries, ONLY women
between 15 and 45 are the targets of the vaccine drives. That means that the tetanus vaccine is being
pushed – hard – on women in their child-bearing years who are urged to receive 5 consecutive
vaccines despite the facts that:
Tetanus is much more common in men than women
Tetanus vaccines are never given in multiple doses under ordinary circumstances
Pregnant women are vaccinated to “prevent neonatal tetanus although neonatal tetanus can be
easily prevented (e.g., sanitation) and eliminated with simple, inexpensive measures (e.g., Nano
Silver 10 PPM)
Tetanus vaccines are highly toxic and have never been tested for safety in pregnant women.
They contain either mercury or aluminum OR BOTH and should never be given to pregnant
women who can easily miscarry (and/or become permanently infertile thereafter)
“In nature the HCG hormone alerts the woman’s body that she is pregnant and causes the release of other
hormones to prepare the uterine lining for the implantation of the fertilized egg. The rapid rise in HCG levels
after conception makes it an excellent marker for confirmation of pregnancy: when a woman takes a pregnancy
test she is not tested for the pregnancy itself, but for the elevated presence of HCG.
However, when introduced into the body coupled with a tetanus toxoid carrier, antibodies will be formed not
only against tetanus but also against HCG. In this case the body fails to recognize HCG as a friend and will
produce anti-hCG antibodies. The antibodies will attack subsequent pregnancies by killing the HCG which
naturally sustains a pregnancy; when a woman has sufficient anti-hCG antibodies in her system, she is rendered
incapable of maintaining a pregnancy.” 13
WHO was, in fact, found to have participated in genocide in the Philippines in the mid 1990’s for
involuntary sterilization of at least 3 million women through this vaccine regimen which has also been
forced upon the Hill Tribes women of Thailand, the women of Central and South America, Asia and of
Africa.14

None of these women, whether pregnant or not, were told that the vaccines they were being
given, to “protect” them or their babies, sometimes voluntarily and sometimes not, were, in
reality, going to cause them to lose the baby they were carrying and be forever unable to carry a
baby again.
In Kenya, the Catholic Bishops announced that they had discovered that the Tetanus vaccine doses
being given to women in a WHO tetanus prevention drive were, in fact, laced with HCG leading to the
involuntary sterilization of at least 500,000 Kenyan women.15
“Doctors from the Kenyan Catholic Doctors Association found an antigen causing miscarriage in the
tetanus vaccinations that were administered to 2.3 million girls and women by the World Health
Organization and UNICEF.
In October 2014, Dr. Wahome Ngare, a member of the Catholic Doctors Association, told Points of
View at KTN Weekend Prime that the women of Kenya had been vaccinated with a new tetanus
vaccine that had not come through the usual channels and stated that the Catholic Church administers
65 percent of all vaccines.”
Zika Virus is being presented as the brand new ‘threat du jour’ but the tactics behind its
presentation and use are not new at all. For that reason, the information in this eBook is at once
up to date and as old as time immemorial.
Humans are different from other mammals in some ways and identical in others. But without doubt, we
are technologically far more sophisticated than baboons or wolves, far crueler and far more insatiable
so that for the typical sociopathic depopulationist local territory or domination is not sufficient for their
wider world view. No, when our self-appointed elites are most out of balance, they “need” to
dominate the earth, control all the resources and change the very genetic matrix of humanity forever.
Consequences be damned.
The New York Times notes with apparent glee that the latest type of vaccine to emerge is one
that intentionally acts as a genetic restructuring agent:
“Immunoprophylaxis by Gene Transfer, or I.G.T. — is underway, and several new ones are planned.”
“I.G.T. is altogether different from traditional vaccination. It is instead a form of gene therapy.
Scientists isolate the genes that produce powerful antibodies against certain diseases and then
synthesize artificial versions. The genes are placed into viruses and injected into human tissue, usually
muscle.”
Here is the punchline: “The viruses invade human cells with their DNA payloads, and the synthetic
gene is incorporated into the recipient’s own DNA. If all goes well, the new genes instruct the cells to
begin manufacturing powerful antibodies.”16

synthetic genes will be introduced by these vaccines to “protect
against disease,” while simultaneously changing the genetic makeup of humans. [Emphasis added –
Dr. Rima]
If all goes well. And what could possibly go wrong?
The article says “By delivering synthetic genes into the muscles of the [experimental] monkeys, the
scientists are essentially re-engineering the animals to resist disease.”
One has to ask whether they will be able to resist other things, such as obeying orders, fighting in
meaningless wars of empire, working in dangerous conditions, etc.
Michael Farzan, an immunologist at Scripps and lead author of the research18
effort says,
“The first human trial based on this strategy — called immunoprophylaxis by gene transfer, or I.G.T.
— is underway, and several new ones are planned.”19

One must ask whether the humans having their genes experimentally transformed were volunteers or
whether they did not know that their genetic make-up would be, like the Philippine, Nicaraguan,
Guatemalan Thai, Kenyan and other women, involuntarily changed forever.
How well do you think the Universal Right to Informed Consent
these women were guaranteed was respected?22
The authors make no bones about the intention and ability of the vaccine to permanently transform
genes. By, oddly, they seem unconcerned that “I.G.T. is altogether different from traditional
vaccination” with effects lasting, quite literally, as long as there is a human species on the planet (or
off it).
Why is this “good news”? Because that has been the plan for a very long time and that having a
genetically modified under-race ready and willing to serve the over race in all things has been in
the works for a very long time? Could it be that the production of, say, a short, stupid
microcephalic race of limited intelligence, but genetically engineered to be docile, servile and
devoted, a race of what used to be humans, would serve these would-be rulers very well, indeed?
Perhaps they could call them “Delta Workers”.23

Just think: these subgroups probably would not be mutually fertile (would the sub-humans still be
fertile at all?) and they surely would not be any romantic attraction to the young of the over class so
there would be no pollution of the pure genes of the master race, nor would there be anything to raise
the lowered status of the racial characteristics of the Delta Workers.
All in all, from a total domination point of view, it sounds ideal. Herr Doktor Mengele would have
approved.
Of course, for you and me, those to be modified and subdued, it does not sound quite so ideal.
That is, in many ways, what this ebook is about.
Since Zika Virus and the deception around it is, it appears to me, intimately linked to the
dominance of a few over the vast numbers of the many, and the elimination of many of those vast
numbers for the benefit of the few, we must look beyond mosquitoes and syringes to understand
the full picture. General Bert tells us that the truth is often hidden by the elites when it is something

“The evidence is certainly mounting that Zika is a trigger for GBS.” (Guillan-Barre Syndrome)24
THEY tell you that you need a Zika Vaccine, which Anthony Fauci (National Institute for Allergy and
Infectious Disease) predicts will “be as common as a rubella vaccine”.25
THEY tell you that they are working for your health, but WHO co-runs Codex Alimentarius26

regulations system weaponizing food against your survival, although it knows that billions will die as a result.27

THEY ignore the risks of vaccine-induced disease, not the least of which is cancer but which also
includes Guillan-Barre Syndrome (GBS), polio’s new post-polio eradication name.
Polio is defined as an ascending, often asymmetrical paralysis caused by damage to the anterior horn
cells of the spinal cord. GBS is defined as an auto immune attack on the myelin sheaths of the nerve
cells. The paralysis may be either symmetrical or asymmetrical.28

According to the CDC, “In the United States,… an estimated 3,000 to 6,000 people develop GBS each
year on average”.30
If GBS is a cover-up name for polio, as I believe that it is, we have CDC saying that there are between
3 and 6 thousand victims in the US alone of a disease threat that has supposedly been eliminated long
ago. But the world health organizations cannot afford to come clean on this issue when they have
painted themselves into the following corner:
“Polio was once a disease feared worldwide, striking suddenly and paralyzing mainly children
for life. WHO is a partner in the Global Polio Eradication Initiative, the largest private-public
partnership for health, which has reduced polio by 99%. Polio now survives only among the
world's poorest and most marginalized communities, where it stalks the most vulnerable
children. The Initiative's goal is to reach every last child with polio vaccine and ensure a polio-
free world for future generations.”31
The widespread appearance of GBS In fully vaccinated populations makes it clear that polio has
not been eradicated. It has been politically exiled, but has managed to live in disguise and
emerge with a new pedigree and identity.
In fact, GBS is nothing more than a wastebasket term for a host of neurological conditions which
produce the same pathology. Medscape.com says that the following may cause, or be
indistinguishable from, GBS:
Acute myelopathy (e.g., from compression, transverse myelitis, vascular injury)
Chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy
Conversion disorder/hysterical paralysis

Thus, the polio/GBS clinical pictures are so similar as to make diagnostic distinction of one vs.
the other condition virtually impossible except by response to gamma globulin (GBS sometimes
responds to it, polio rarely does).
There are many who suspect that polio is actually a powerful immune reaction to a variety of assaults
including vaccines, infections, strong toxins like DDT and other pesticides.33

Please recall that no matter what state, province, prefecture or country you live in, so long as the nation

following vaccination. While GBS may be an unfamiliar term to most people, the older, better
known name for the same thing is “Polio.”
Now that polio has been officially “eradicated,” the politically correct names for polio have been
changed to either “Non Polio Acute Flaccid Paralysis” [i.e. polio which is polio but isn’t REALLY
polio because the authorities said it wasn’t], or “Guillan-Barre syndrome (GBS)”. Consider the
following:
“Guillan-Barre syndrome (GBS) is the most common cause of acute flaccid paralysis (AFP) in
the post-poliomyelitis eradication era. This is the first study done to identify the epidemiology, clinical
features, and outcome of GBS in Iraqi children over 15 years.”39
Guillan-Barre Syndrome is not rare. In a ridiculous bid to pump the newest “Gonna-Kill-You-All-
Plague-So-You-Gotta-Have-This-New-Vaccine“, the long-known and absolutely innocuous Zika Virus
has suddenly become the source of – wait for it --- Polio!
So while the absurdist lackeys have connected two things that do not go together: Zika and Gillan-
Barre Syndrome, and since their scam du jour, Zika, must have a vaccine, they are telling us that Zika
virus, despite a 69 year history of known innocuous behavior, has suddenly become a cause of polio.
Um, how, and more to the point, why, exactly, are we supposed to believe that? Based on what
evidence?

A US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention study reported:
“Researchers looked at 41 people in Brazil who developed the condition and found that nearly 90
percent of them had earlier suffered Zika-like symptoms, the Associated Press reported. However, the
study authors noted that this was a small study and they don't yet have blood test results that would
show whether the patients were infected with Zika before developing Guillan-Barré.”40

“baby” saying she refused vaccination against Pertussis when she was pregnant and now her baby is

It is sad to see a mom suffering and hear about the struggles of her little one and, of course, I
wish both of them well. That is, I wish them well if they are really a mom and a baby. I have my

pregnancy including the fact that for better than 2 minutes and 53 seconds the “baby” does not
take a single breath. Now, as it happens, most babies do breathe once in a while, especially babies
with life-threatening respiratory diseases.
Not this one. Nope. She lies there as if she is a just a terry cloth onsie on, oh, perhaps a doll. Mmmm.
Serious problem with the video. But the story is even fishier.
First, the disease itself has been modified by generalized vaccination so that pertussis is now more
virulent and strikes younger children like the little supposed “baby” here.
Unvaccinated populations have a far less serious version of the condition than vaccinated ones so that
the unproven, but much vaunted, theory of herd immunity could actually be said to be working in
reverse here. It was for this reason that Sweden terminated its pertussis vaccination program since it
was NOT providing protection but was modifying the characteristics of the disease and causing deaths
in young children.53
Second, pertussis vaccinations are unapproved and untested for either safety or reproductive
future of the mother or to the child when used in pregnant women. What we do know is that the
widely known outbreak of microcephaly attributed to Zika Virus, patented in 1947 by the Rockefeller
Institute, and known around the world since that time was NOT caused by that virus.
All of the Brazilian women who gave birth to those damaged children had been vaccinated
“against” pertussis by their 22nd week of pregnancy by edict of the Brazilian government despite
that vaccine never having been found safe for either mother or child.
Third, the vaccines are ineffective against pertussis.

lungs, mucosa and gut is absent while the dangers are obvious.
Sixth, the supposed immunity conferred by the pertussis vaccine is mythical at best. Whenever a
vaccine fails, the vaccine-driven regulators recommend booster shots which are good for business, bad
for the body and brain and absolute rubbish scientifically since they have never been shown to provide
any additional protection against disease.63
Additionally, most cases of measles, pertussis and other “preventable” disease occur in the vaccinated
and the recently vaccinated because they shed viral diseases like measles, chicken pox and similar.
While B. pertussis is not a viral disease, its morbidity and mortality has been increased, not decreased,
by the general vaccination program.
“Cormit”, the supposed mom of the supposed baby who now has Whooping Cough but was not
vaccinated when she was in utero, is, in my opinion, nothing but a fraud perpetrated by the Gold Cost
(Australia) Department of Health.64
The immune system of this “bulletproof woman” would have been
compromised and so would that of her baby by vaccination.
There are effective, non-toxic means of treating and preventing infectious diseases. Had the mom in

Brazil Bans Monsanto (Sort Of)
Birth Defect Chemical – or Is It Zika?
ZIKA MAY NOT BE THE CULPRIT!
Brazil has banned the use of Pyriproxyfen, marketed there as SumiLarv™ by the Japanese Monsanto
subsidiary, Sumitomo, because of its suspected association with microcephaly.* Or maybe just one
state, Rio Grande do Sul, did. Recently Joao Gabbardo dos Reis, Secretary of Health for Rio Grande
do Sul, announced that the use of the larvacide to treat water used for human consumption is now
prohibited.65
So, is it this toxin, or that toxin, or even the Zika virus, that’s the birth defect generator?
“We decided to suspend the use of the product [Pyriproxyfen] in human consumption water until we
get a position in the Ministry of Health and because of that we strengthen the appeal to the population
to eliminate any possible breeding ground of the mosquito,” said Gabbardo said.66
Despite initial announcements that Brazil had banned this dangerous chemical, which is one of 12
recommended by WHO for controlling mosquito larvae to be sprayed directly into the drinking water
of people, Brizil apparently did not do so. We would have to ask “Why not?”
CNN reports “Brazilian health officials and the World Health Organization are denying links between
a well-known pesticide and microcephaly, a condition that causes babies to develop abnormally small
heads and leads to death in some cases.” and “unlike the relationship between the Zika virus and
microcephaly, which has had its confirmation attested in tests that indicated the presence of the virus in
samples of blood, tissue and amniotic fluid, the association between the use of Pyriproxyfen and
microcephaly has no scientific basis. ”
Confirmed? In less than 10% of either the mother’s or the baby and found in approximately the same
percentage of the general population in that area?

Once again, we are experiencing a “Science is settled” moment where lies and conflicted interests are
passed off as science with truth sold to the highest bidder. Let me repeat: the presence of Zika virus has
been found in less than 10% of the afflicted babies and their mothers. So much for causation. We do
not even have correlation here, much less causation.
But way back in March, 2014, Brazil’s Federal Public Prosecutor asked the country’s justice
department to suspend the use of glyphosate, which is the active ingredient in
Monsanto’s Roundup®—the world’s top-selling herbicide. In addition, the prosecutor has also
targeted another herbicide known as 2,4-D (a component of Agent Orange) and the active ingredients
methyl parathion, lactofem, phorate, carbofuran, abamectin, tiram and paraquat, all of which are highly
toxic to humans and the environment.
The consequences of such the prosecutor’s act were far reaching: Since crops are genetically modified
to accept these poisons, the prosecutor asked that the National Biosafety Technical Commission
prohibit the widespread sale of GMO seeds resistant to the herbicide pending a final position by
ANVISA.
The news came as a huge blow to the biotech industry, following a unanimous ruling by Brazil’s
Federal Appeals Court the week before canceling the cultivation of Bayer’s Liberty Link GM Maize.
In that same time frame, Sri Lanka ordered a ban on glyphosate due to concerns the chemical may be
linked to a mysterious kidney disease that has killed thousands of agricultural workers and the
legislature in El Salvador approved a ban on dozens of agrochemicals including glyphosate.
The bans have not been enforced and more chemicals are added frequently creating a toxic stew in
which living organisms cannot tolerate and survive.
Since the government of Brazil and their friends over at WHO maintain that there is no science behind
the possibility that pyriproxyfen is the cause of the tragic and enormous microcephaly outbreak, but
that Zika virus is, let’s take a moment to look at the evidence.
o Is there a microcephaly outbreak in Brazil? (Actually, no, there isn’t despite the absurd
hysterical GET ME A VACCINE NOW!!!! WHO/US/Media hype).
o Are there 4600 cases of microcephaly? (Actually, no there are approximately only 17
possible cases that “have a relationship to Zika virus” out of about 350 total suspected
cases of “microcephaly and related conditions”, whatever having “a relationship to the Zika
virus” actually means.)
o Do the afflicted babies or their mothers have Zika Virus? (Actually, fewer than 10% of
babies and mothers are Zika positive out of all those with suspected or confirmed
microcephaly.)
o Is Zika virus the cause of the cases or is it a benign, minor virus which does not cause
birth defects? (Actually, no it is not since in the 70 years since it was identified and patented
by the Rockefeller Institute, it has been identified all over the world, but never associated with
anything other than a mild flu-like illness.)

o Does Sumilarv(TM). Monsanto affiliate’s name for pyriproxyfen, a poison applied to
drinking water in order to cause birth defects and deformities in mosquito larvae, cause
microcephaly? (Actually, yes it does according to Physicians in the Crop-Sprayed Towns
(PCST), a group of Argentinian doctors.67
)
o Is GSK’s TDaP vaccine, mandated for every pregnant woman in Brazil before 22 weeks
of gestation, but never tested in pregnant women for reproductive or fetal safety, a likely
candidate for the deformities? (Actually, yes it is because it contains aluminum plus other
highly inflammatory and damaging compounds and contaminants.)
o Could a combination of dangerous vaccines and dangerous agrochemicals (including all
the others dumped in huge quantities into the environment) act synergistically to damage
the fetus in both easily observed and more subtle ways seen years or decades later?
(Actually, yes they could and yes they do: Roundup(R) or glyphosate, for example, in addition
to causing infertility, cancer, and a host of other horrifying conditions, causes birth defects. So
does 2,4-D, another Monsanto gift to the world, and numerous other chemicals used without
restraint or sense, just as vaccines are.)
o Will adding a Zika vaccine protect any mothers or babies from microcephaly? (Actually
no, not a one.)
Brazil’s Health Minister, Marcelo Castro is quoted as saying he has “100% certainty” that there is a
link between Zika and microcephaly. Certain physicians and scientists in the global medical
community support this, including the US’s influential Center for Disease Control. Other researchers
say there is no hard evidence of the link, but just some epidemiological indications and circumstantial
evidence.
One paper by A S Oliveira Melo et al, published in the journal Ultrasound in Obstetrics &
Gynecology68
, identified Zika virus in the amniotic fluids and other tissues of the some affected babies
and their mothers. However, only two women were examined, considered by scientists too small a
number to establish a statistically significant link. [Emphasis added – Dr. Rima]
On February 3, 2016 the New York Times reported on the results of analyses by Brazil’s Health
Ministry. The Ministry stated, “Of the cases examined so far, 404 have been confirmed as having
microcephaly. Only 17 of them tested positive for the Zika virus…”69
Colombia’s president, Juan Manuel Santos, as reported by the Washington Post stated that public
health officials have so far diagnosed 3,177 pregnant women with the Zika virus- but in no case had
microcephaly been observed in the fetus.70

particles. Each time, public [ill] health agencies knew about it for years before they confirmed it to the
public. Why would the Zika vaccine, a dangerous addition to a deadly line up, be any different?

However, General Bert and I take preventive steps every single day to make sure that we are not
the “one of 3″ who will develop this (or any other) chronic disease.

I have treated many, many people who did have cancer, including General Bert in 1994, often after

I would follow an organic grain-free vegan diet for 3 months so that the pro-inflammatory impact of
animal products, and the production of arachidonic acid which promotes the inflammation that cancer
cells use to hide from immune destruction, would be reduced.
Arachidonic acid is necessary for neurological and other organ systems, but while the body is dealing
with a malignancy, it is best to give it an advantage by reducing inflammatory products the cancer can
hide behind. After 3 months, I would review my dietary choices.
I would reduce or eliminate simple carbohydrates like refined flour and sugars altogether.
6. I would make sure that my consumption of healthy fats was supporting my immune system in
the strongest way possible. I would emphasize CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid), MUFAs or
Monounsaturated Fats like those found in organic avocadoes and macadamia nuts and organic, wild-
caught low radiation oily fish like mackerel and salmon for their Omega 3 content.
Note that all of these healthy oils must be clean, and that means certified organic or biodynamic, wild
caught, low radiation. It all matters very much.
7. I would make sure that I was getting as much exercise as I could ever single day. I would do
that because exercise enhances both mood and immune function and because it increases oxygen
uptake. Both are essential for fighting cancer.
8. I would spend serious time meditating and introspecting about my life, my relationships, my
historical baggage and so on. Knowing that our emotions and our immune systems are really part of
the same indivisible holistic unit and knowing that every single cancer patient I have ever encountered

was deeply angry, I would find out where I have been and chart my emotional course about where I am
going with honesty and certainty.
9. I would NOT attempt to treat my cancer myself. Instead, I would seek the consultation and

and guide the treatment to my exact needs. Two organizations of such doctors are the American

10. With the help of the doctor I chose from the options above, I would undergo a deep detox which
might focus on heavy metal or other contaminants and develop a full nutritional program using high

I might also make use of techniques like High Dose Vitamin C IV drips, DMSO IV, hyperthermia and
so on. Clearly, these require the input of a skilled and well-trained nutritional/environmental
physician.

intentions might be, your sifting, sorting and separating of fact from public relations/propaganda is woefully
inadequate and you are pushing out the party line without examining the reality.
