These applications often rely on current locations of individual users or a group of users to provide the desired service, which Risk their privacy. users do not necessarily want to reveal their current locations to the service provider or to other , poss ibly entru sted ,users . n this pape r, we propo se priva cy -pres ervi ng algorithms for determining an optimal meeting location for a group of users. !e perform a thorough privacy evaluation by formally "uantifying privacy-loss of the proposed approaches. n order to study the performance of our algorithms in a real deployment, we implement and test their e#ecution efficienc y on smart phones. $y means of a targeted user-stud y, we attempt to get an insight into the privacy- %wareness of users in location based services %nd the usability of the proposed.  !e propose a method for searching the location based on the user location the user location can be fetched &sing '(S )'lobal positioning system*.  % second ob+ective of our work is to understand to what e#tent differences in location-sharing preferences  between the two partie s have effects on the design and likel y adoption of location sharing and location-based advertising. This pro+ect aims at using 'oogle %( and with that one must be able to precisely locate any particular individual of a peer group of a company team so that it is possible to schedule the meeting at one of the peer’s residence office that can minimize the cost )time fuel* of traversal of every other individual of the peer gro up. The pro +ec t can then be e#t ended for mul ti-var ian t cos t functi on so tha t an effective meeting scheduler can be designed and deployed on any %ndroid device.

Existing system

The e#isting system is used to find the location and to schedule the meeting.

$ut finding the location is not directly tracked from '(S.

Since some places are restricted and the correct location cannot be

identified, and before to schedule the meeting make a call to that particular

responsibilities it’s becoming a e#tra processing time at all.

Some interior area we didn’t get the '(s values )atitude and longitude*

directly, because satellite focus can’t able to get corresponding location.

Disadvantages

'(S didn’t get accurate value for the interior area.

The aim of this pro+ect is to identify the location of the employees and to

schedule meeting according to that, which satisfies all the employees in the

 peer group.

The location of the employees is tracked using the '(S in smart phones and

it gets updated in the loud storage.

$ased on the location of the employees common place is identified using

the 'oogle maps and the distance is calculated using 'oogle %( to get a

centralized place.

where the meeting can be schedule using that centralized place automatically

search the nearest hotels and resort at all.

That particular meeting location and address will send to the corresponding

employee mail id.

Advantages

!hen the '(S values didn’t get the interior area that time it will

automatically navigate the Service provider.

Reducing the time, fuel wastage of travelling.

Reduce the distance and work pressure of the employees.
