Les platines sont équipées de trous taraudés ou lisses (utilisation de vis auto-formeuses dans ce cas) qui permettent aux appareils d ’être fixés sur ces platines par l ’avant sans avoir à utiliser un écrou. La platine peut s ’accrocher sur ses 2 vis qu ’on peut positionner sur les montants fonctionnels du coffret. Pratique si le coffret est vertical, la platine peut être fixée sans avoir à la soutenir. La circulation de filerie des auxiliaires est prévue soit par la possibilité d ’installer une goulotte, soit par la présence d ’épargnes dans la tôle pour un frettage Platine pour ISFT sur jeu de barres, reversible (gauche ou droite). Installation de ISFL (constructeur EFEN) dans une ossature largeur 650 mm. Montage du jeu de barres horizontal sur une platine par l ’intermédiaire de supports isolants (constructeur wöhner), phase 1 en haut. La réalisation du jeu de barres est du ressort du metteur en œuvre. Les plans de barres sont fournis. Pour le 160 A: entraxe des barres 100 mm, section 50, 60 et 80 x 10 mm (1000, 1250 et 1500 A) Pour 250/400/630 A: entraxe des barres 185 mm, section 60 à 120 x 10 mm (1250 à 2100 A). Rappel de la doctrine générale. Il semble que le branchement recouvre généralement les trois objectifs suivants : - raccorder une installation électrique privée à un réseau de distribution public, - permettre la facturation de l’énergie grâce au comptage, - établir la limite de responsabilité entre distributeur d’énergie et utilisateur, ceci détermine la limite de l’installation privée. Fonction protection amont du branchement: cette protection est parfois incorporée dans le compteur, elle est de type fusible mais on trouve aussi parfois des disjoncteurs. Elle a pour objet de protéger le compteur et les câbles de cette portion d’installation (bien souvent en TN-C) contre un court-circuit phase/phase, phase/neutre ou phase/masse. Fonction comptage d’énergie, facturation : le compteur est le seul appareillage du branchement que l’on retrouve toujours dans tous les pays. Le compteur peut disposer de télé-report pour reporter le relevé de l’énergie en dehors de la propriété privée si nécessaire ; il peut aussi évoluer vers le pré-paiement en combinaison avec un contacteur et une interface utilisateur. Appareil aval du branchement: Les bornes aval de cet appareil déterminent le point de livraison. Cet appareil n’existe pas dans tous les pays. Le point de livraison correspond parfois aux bornes aval du compteur. The horizontal busbar can be installed at the top or bottom of the cubicle in a space of 400 m with respect to the front panel to remain in the logic of Prisma Plus and simplify connections to the adjacent cubicle. Connections to the horizontal busbar are scheduled in flat busbars (50x10 mm) and must be carried out by the installer. 2 loose flat flanging supports are provided in the catalogue ( prisma: 2 supports on mounting plates) Busbar drawings are supplied for the connection between Compact NS 630/1600 fixd (3 or 4P), Compact NS 630/1600 draw-out 3P , Masterpact NT 630/1600 fixed or draw-out 3 P, and the horizontal busbar.
