1. Employer contracts with an approved vaccinator

2. Vaccinator schedules vaccinations with employees

3. Employees receive vaccination

1. Individual makes an appointment with provider or pharmacy

2. Provider or pharmacy screens and approves individual according to phase

3. Individuals receive vaccination

4. Individuals are protected
